The doctor was very pleasant to work with. Scheduling was easy, and the appointment was quick.

I called the store today and received horrible and unprofessional customer service from ALLISON and the so called manager CHRIS who told me she was with a patient and would call me back. She NEVER called back. ALLISON was RUDE, CONDESCENDING and VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this. Very disappointing given that fact that I had a great initial visit when I was in the store.

I took my wife to the vision center this morning for a eye glass exam and to get her lens replaced on her current frame. The eye exam went swiftly. Our service with the vision center specialist afterwards was also excellent. Steve (I believe that's his name), the manager, was a very honest salesman and swayed me away from purchasing the highest price Nikon lens because he said it wouldn't really matter much for my wife's prescription. Unfortunately, my wife's frame snapped in the machine when they were getting her frame measurements, so we had to cancel the lens order. Steve offered us a free frame, but we declined, and went to the original maker of the frame for a discounted replacement. Overall, we were very happy with the service here and with the integrity of the Vision Center management. Would go back here again.

Great service. Went to LensCrafters they told me my frame couldn't be adjusted. took them one minute at the Walmart vision center to fix it.

My experience was exceptional. I have been with Sober Family since my early thirties. I am now 65 years old. I am please to say the customer service is phenomenal. The politeness the moment you enter. May I help you the youngman asked me while his counter partner was talking to another customer. Now the glasses frames are outstanding, stylish, and the frames make a statement.
