Horrible service, from the moment I stepped into office . People hacking away, with and without masks and wait times are extremely long in a very unclean environment. But the worst of all is that their staff lies because they are arrogant and ignorant. I was advised weeks ago that I would be emailed and mailed my eyeglass prescription after my last visit there a few weeks ago and today I was advised that this would not be done. In Addition, don’t see anyone there for eyeglass prescription unless you are willing to put up with the most arrogant, rude and disgusting man who fits glasses in their tiny ‘shop’ . If you do not purchase glasses from him then you will receive the poorest service and nobody does anything about the complaints .

Unacceptable treatment of existing patients. Very unfortunate. I drove 30 minutes to find out I "canceled my appointment" 5 minutes before start (how? Nobody knows!) and they told me they couldn't see me (even though I was on time) because somehow in those 5 minutes they filled it in with an emergency. I took a day off for this appointment, gross disrespect for patients and their time. If I could give it 0 starts I would. They told me that I must have canceled it through mychart by hitting a wrong button (like it's that easy and while driving?) it's sad. Goodbye Northwestern after 15 years.

You cannot go wrong with For Eyes - especially this location. Dr. Hussain is thorough and fun!! Your appointment speeds by because it’s so pleasant. Then picking out your glasses with the staff up front is so nice because they know what they’re doing!!!! Vanessa took care of me last week and it was a breeze. She and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and you will be blessed to have found them. YOU ROCK GLENVIEW!!!!!’

I had an excellent experience today with the For Eyes Team today. Had a very thorough eye exam with Dr. Brandys and appreciated his responses to my questions. Stephanie helped me find a flattering pair of glasses and was a customer service pro from start to finish. We painlessly went through the lens options and pricing out my new glasses was a breeze. She also tweaked my current glasses, noticing it could use some improvement. Thank you, Stephanie, for the great service!

We are waiting eye glasses for my son 4 weeks. They made mistake and ordered wrong lenses. When we back that, the lady told us we will get right glasses for couple days. But we are still waiting and after 2 weeks. Lady who works there is very unprofessional and rude. I am very disappointed with For Eyes.

This has been my place for eye exams and glasses for more than 10 years. Dr. Neukirch is thorough in his examinations, has a wonderful and kind disposition, and uses the latest technology. The staff is always courteous. They have a pretty nice selection of frames. Make sure you say hi to Leo, the cutest member of the team!

Would not recommend getting contacts through this office. Waited a month for my order and called to find they had been there the whole time and no one called. Now second time I’ve had problems getting good service. There are so many options out there to get contacts and good customer service so I would not waste your time going here.

I've been going here for a couple of years and I love it! The optometrist did a thorough job and answered all my questions. The service people in front were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, even when dealing with a nightmare customer (rude, verbally abusive, and threatened to leave nasty reviews).

The staff and Maria were extremely helpful in choosing my polarized glasses and contact lenses. The Doctor listened to my concerns regarding my vision. I highly recommend Vision Central!

Great experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable staff...optician, Ken with years of experience and thorough exam by Dr Mehta. Going back to pick a new frame from their large display of choices.

From the moment we walked in, We felt so welcomed. Kay led us a through a swift and smooth in take (our first time in). The shop is super clean and the staff wipe after every use. Justine helped us pick out frames and was so helpful—even went out of her way to get us the best deal! Dr. Kim was fantastic—very informative and made us both feel very comfortable. Definitely our new spot!
