Great staff — Cat & Orion helped me find the best pair of glasses in less than 20 min! These are the best glasses I've ever had. Highly recommend Eyes on the City! After these new pair of glasses, I was getting so many looks! :)

She is very rude for the patients as well as to co workers and she seems in a hurry and we felt leave as soon as possible.

I would recommend Eye Care of Iowa specifically Dr. Lee. He has treated my whole family. Always did a great job with my son whom had to be in glass at the early age of 4. Worked with insurance company because of how many times my son had to change his prescription in order to help strengthen his eye sight.

Been a patient for years, always caring and kind service, and a good thorough eye exam. Highly recommended.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful clinic. The reception was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind. Dr. Jessica performed a thorough eye examination and took all the time necessary to do so. I enjoyed the experience and this clinic will definitely be part of my future healthcare plans.

It would be great to have been able to get to know our new doctor since our previous doctor retired. We were rushed in and out like an elevator pitch. No opportunity for questions or concerns. I don't even know the doctor's name. It was very impersonal. How can you gain trust when you're on an assembly line? I'm glad it didn't take all day but there needs to be balance.

While I love my glasses, the customer service at this establishment is absurd, rude, uncompassionate, and couldn't be bothered to be understanding of a customer who's been trying to reach them for over two weeks about their credit card being charged twice. I understand it was a computer glitch, but I had to wait nearly a third week to get that information. Thankfully my credit card company issued a refund immediately 2 1/2 weeks ago when I noticed the second charge come out. The manager just kept repeating that they had issued refunds this week on Monday(mine had already been taken care of by Capital One) I just wanted the manager to own their mistake of never calling me back. I didn't want anything for free, or a discount credited. I just for them to be aware their customer service was lacking on a realistic call back of a customer rightly being upset about nearly $400 extra dollars being charged. Listening is the greatest skill to have. I ended the call telling them I wouldn't be returning to ever purchase glasses for myself or my family due to lack of customer service. The manger said "Oh well, sorry you feel that way bye."

Today my son and I had our annual checkup. We had a great experience! Every staff member who talked to us was friendly and patient. Dr. Baudonnet was friendly, helpful and very professional. Every time we go to Eye-Q Clovis we feel welcome! Thank you everyone for a great service!

This place unlike several other places honor appointment time. Staffs are really helpful. Dr.Kim was great. She was patient with my 8 year old who asked her plenty of questions throughout eye exam. The entire process was quick and we were out within 30-40 minutes after ordering eyeglasses. Glasses were ready within 2 weeks. They also print the prescription for you so you can buy glasses from elsewhere. Great experience overall.

THE BEST of best! I really love the staff, very professional and fun and the variety of brands and designers are amazing. Not just that but they really know about what's best lenses wise. They custom all my glasses with "zeiss" lenses.😎 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙌❤
