I lost my glasses in the ocean on vacation. Eyeglass World’s staff came to the rescue. They took the script from my home Vision Center and set me up with a pair of glasses same day! They were amazing and I would recommend them 100%!

This is definitely my place to shop for me and my daughter's. Eleven optometry is very helpful when selecting the right frames for me. I found this place to be extremely professional and helpful. You can tell they care about their clients.

I've been seeing Dr. Sarah for a few years. I have some issues with my eyes that can only be handled by an oculoplastic surgeon. When the original Dr. she referred me to couldn't take me in a reasonable amount of time she referred me to a different surgeon whos time table was only slightly better than the first doctor. Upon hearing she referred me, the second doctor took me much earlier and I was able to get the issue resolved almost immediately. I'm so blessed to have found her for a doctor. I appreciate the kindness they have shown me with all the issues I seem to be having lately. Thank you!

The whole staff and Doctor Viraj Shah went beyond and above my expectations. I didn’t realize that I’d get this kind of service though I’m a young retiree and experienced really bad service in the past from other clinics/doctor offices I visited when they find out I am a Medicare beneficiary if you know what I mean. It started from when I walked in, I was apprehensive and I have my guards up just in case I get treated like a piece of rag. I told them that I have another appointment after theirs. They squeezed me in really quick and got me out of there within an hour. Secondly, the nurse who assisted me was warm, friendly and hospitable. She made recommendations and not applied pressure on me to make decisions on added service excluded from my insurance coverage. Then entered Dr. Shah, this gentleman made me at ease by introducing himself, his education, accomplishments, professional career and even shared his family life with me albeit without a notion of exalting himself but to the contrary - being modest. He accosted me outside to assist me in choosing the best frame I should be wearing though he still had another patient waiting. My experience in this facility is short of having a red carpet rolled out.., I am just kidding on the latter, haha. Thank you Dr. Shah and give kudos to your staff. I will definitely, absolutely recommend you to others.

Dr. Stoppel is wonderful. He is very kind, takes the time to listen to what you have to say, and never makes you feel rushed. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes sure your questions and concerns are addressed. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who listens, shows compassion, and treats you with respect. The nose pads on my eyeglasses turned green and needed to be replaced. Elaine was so nice and took good care of me, as a walk-in. She changed the nose pads and cleaned both my prescription and sunglasses my frames. Thanks Elaine for the excellent customer service.

Everyone was kind. My doctor is awesome. The UB student was absolutely wonderful. With a wonderful bedside manner. He too will be a great doctor. If you had questions they would let you ask them and then they would kindly answer them.
