Dr bakos is very kind and she's a patient advocate yes she requires referrals and proper documentation but she will always directly in the way to do it I've been with her over 10 years and she does know her business. She's very professional and personable.

This Eye Center is the best. They are more interested in making your eyes function the way they are supposed to function and that is to help you see better than what you were seeing after your treatment by these Professional's.

First time patient and the front staff desk were so rude. Have attitude's that suck big time. They need to be more professional and greet people with kindness and respect. As if it were them being attended. If it wasn't because my father doctor referred us here I would of never pick such a racist place with staff so rude and mean to there elderly people. I had to hold my Kool because I was not trying to go to jail. I don't recommend this place to noone

Dr. Hennessey was really detailed. My whole experience was great. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my family and friends. Thank you Dr. and all his staff.

I was happy with the service in person, the nurse and doctors are very good. But when i call the lady who speak Spanish was not nice, she was talking to me very hard in a loud voice, i was disappointed because i like the place and the doctors, it’s hard to find somewhere were you feel comfortable. I think they should give some costumer service classes to their employees specifically front desk. We need doctors and they need pato, there is no reason to be rude with the us.
