Although my profile picture of my son is funny, there was no funny business at Clayton Eye Center today. From the first nice and helpful receptionist I spoke with on the phone, to each exam assistant, to Dr d’Heurle himself, ALL were very professional and kind and informative. Very satisfied with my whole experience today. Thank you again!

My husband had an appointment and upon arrival no one had keys to open the building. More people began arriving and were told it was going to be awhile. My husband ended up leaving. Rescheduled appointment for 8:45 and upon arrival was told Dr would not be arriving until 10. We have an hour drive to get there. Also told we had an outstanding balance for a visit over 18 months ago that we never received a bill for. My husband has yet to be seen. My husband and I will not be back. It’s a shame bc we loved Dr Hacker who is no longer with them.

If I could give less than one star I would. Since Dr. Hacker left this office is a disaster. Dr. Raj is unprofessional and down right rude. He spent no more than 3 minutes completing my yearly vision/eye exam and never even looked at me once during the process. Didn't even listen to any of my concerns and acted like he could care less. THEN after leaving and receiving a bill over a month later was told he was NOT in network, but the other doctors in the office were and we were responsible for the visit. To top it all off they never even got my husband's glasses prescription correct making his glasses completely unusable. This is not a way to conduct business and we will never use any office associated with Georgia Center for Sight again.

Staff was friendly and professional, shared a few laughs. Examination was thorough. I advised I would be getting contacts and glasses. They did not have the contact trials in stock for me to try, they stated they would call me..it's been about a week. They gave me my prescriptions and told me to have a great day. I was ready to spend some money with them...I got tired of waiting on "come pick up your contact trial" .. I didn't purchase contacts with them nor my glasses. But the exam was good.

Very thorough & extremely helpful, knowledgeable & personable. Ordered 2 pairs of new glasses & can’t wait to get them. First class from the young lady who did preliminary exams, to the exam itself, through the help in picking our frames. Great visit!

Excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean. Dr. Perry Lee took the time to listen to our concerns about my daughter having headaches. He was very attentive and had a great conversation with my daughter. She felt very comfortable and had her questions answered at the appointment. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for a few years and have never had a problem. They even helped me when it came time for cataract surgery and follow through. They treat you like a person and not just another human coming through the door

Excellent Customer Service at this office. Mary is truly a pleasure and very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable for the first time at this location.
Dr. Min is an excellent optometrist and very detailed and personable. One of the best eye groups I’ve been too in awhile.

Everyone in the office was friendly and very welcoming. I took my 5 year old to have her vision checked and they did such an awesome job with her. They were able to administer eye drops without her fussing and crying. While in the room waiting for the drops to kick in, they had music videos for the kiddos to watch. I’m impressed with how well an eye doctor’s office is able to accommodate children to ensure they are comfortable during their visit.

I’ve been going to Thomas Eye Group for over 15 years but this was my first time at the Hamilton Mill location. The experience at the front desk was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was their ability to multitask without compromising the quality of their interactions. While handling phone calls and administrative tasks, they remained fully present and engaged with patients standing at the desk. This level of dedication and focus is a true testament to their commitment to providing exceptional service. Dr. Catherina Min is the epitome of a physician with exceptional bedside manners. From the moment she stepped in the room, her warm smile and genuine demeanor instantly put me at ease. She has the ability to make you feel seen and heard, dedicating her full attention to my concerns. Her gentle tone and reassuring words conveyed empathy and understanding, creating an environment where I felt comfortable discussing my concerns openly. She took the time to explain jargon in simple terms. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my visit.

I had a wonderful experience at iVision. The staff was so friendly! Kristy was very patient with my daughter. Dr. Chan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to explain things so that we understood. I also want to point out that they have cutting edge equipment at the facility that helps them get a good picture of the inside of the eye, which can help with early detection of eye disorders. Nobody at the office asked me to leave this review. I am doing this because this is a great place and I hope my five star review will help them continue to grow their practice.
