Took my 3yr old here for his first eye exam and absolutely loved it. The customer service was top tier. The Optical Manager, Kristy, was the best. She so nice and warm hearted. She made my son feel so comfortable choosing new glasses. Dr. Yi was as so patient and attentive to my son during his exam. I love the care she showed him. Customer service here is top notch.

The two doctors are good, but the customer service is awful. Don’t waste your time ordering glasses from here. Take your prescription to Sam’s Club or Costco so you can save money, and most importantly, get them in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service, two pairs of glasses I ordered for my kids had defects. The last time they reordered the lenses, it took over 10 business days. When I asked the secretary about his lenses, she said they should be there any day. The next day I called, they said actually the lenses came in 2 days ago however again with defects. Instead of explaining that to me they gave incorrect information the day prior. They told me to calm down on the phone instead of addressing the issue and apologizing. Still they say they don’t have an ETA. They have poor customer service and communication, which is unfortunate when you have patients who are children and are dealing with defective glasses. I would not recommend this organization. I give a lot of reviews and they’re mostly positive, I’m a reasonable person. This is not good customer service. I feel bad for the Doctors because they are great.

My visit at this clinic was exceptional from the receptionist professionalism and the care of the Technician. The Doctor diagnoses was extremely accurate. The explanation of care was impeccable. I felt a little unsure of my next steps to take. But before I left the office I was confident about my care and the direction I need to go. I highly rate this facility one of the best I have experienced

I had an amazing experience. From start to finish. I was comforted and encouraged as I explained my symptoms to the lady scheduling my appointment.(sorry I don't recall her name but she was phenomenal) I was able to get a same day appointment which is rare most times. My appointment was with Dr. Sol. She had great bedside manners and she was knowledgeable. She took her time to explain my diagnosis and broke down the medical terms she used into laymen's terms to where I could understand them. She was very pleasant and took care to let me know each procedure she was about to perform before she did it. My fear and discomfort was met with a staff who showed care, concern and expertise. I highly recommend Marietta eye clinic.

There was some confusion at the office with my appointments and a double medical record profile. Which created confusion as to why I was there for a 2nd appointment. Otherwise, they were great. Went in for a medical issue, the staff doing the testing and Dr. Theil were all great. My eye exam was a week later and again, great staff and care through it all. I'll be going back. The office manager seemed aware of my double records and will hopefully get those combined for future appointments.

Dr. Tonge is the coolest, sweetest, and most caring doctor I’ve come across. You won’t regret coming to his office. I can tell that this is one of those places people love coming back too because the environment is so loving. Also, my eyes are very well taken care of by myself and the doctor.

Dr. Tonge is always thorough with his exams by providing detailed explanations of any tests completed, discussing vision changes, and sharing relevant information concerning eye health. He is both very friendly and professional as is his staff.

Dr. Tonge could not be more personal and caring. I never feel rushed and he is always more than ready to answer all of my questions.
