Hustlers. They've got all kinds of made up charges they will add on to your exam, and then they'll pressure you into buying their overpriced frames or contacts. Not to mention that the staff members working in the front both seemed to have some kind of personality disorder, and probably shouldn't be working in customer facing roles. Skip this mess and go to Wood Eye Care on Riverside.

Great experience. I was 9 months preggo and didn’t have the time to come to pick up my contacts and glasses so Blake Mccoy brought them to me personally. That’s wonderful customer service I really appreciate that.

This is the worst location, the woman at the front desk has no customer service. I’ve had a few encounters with her and they were all bad. The most recent She wouldn’t even look up my account to see if I had a warranty on my glasses. I had to call a different location, they looked up my account and ordered my new glasses all over the phone.

Im not the type to leave reviews but this place’s customer service is absolutely terrible, when you call they all sound like they are unsure of what they’re doing, and they don’t want to do their job. I’m constantly having to go back and fourth with these people over contacts and it’s the same issue every year that’s on their side according to my insurance. There’s so many other places you can go to that will not waste your time.

This place is a fraud .Save yourself . The front ladies have a terrible attitude .They will tell you one price over the phone and charge you way more and the front office staff will sit there and talk about you .This is not a place you want your kids or yourself to go, because the doctors office is so dirty .The chair that they have for the parent to sit on in the doctors office is so dirty and stained .They gave me the glasses which were made Incorrectly and charge me $180 and then they told me they can fix their mistake but they will charge another $169. I will be filing complain about them. I do not recommend anyone to go there .

I have been coming to this eye doctor for 14 year .The front ladies have a terrible attitude and look like they are miserable . They will tell you one price over the phone and when you go for your appointment they will up charge you another $100.00 . They will sit there and talk about you with other workers terrible customer service . I really don't recommend this place. I will definitely be finding a better eye doctors because this is not a place you want your kids or yourself coming to .

This was THE WORST experience ever at any doctors office. The wait time was horrible for my daughter’s appointment! And the staff named Melanie was horrible. She was so rude and didn’t care about any patient there. I saw her talking and on her phone the entire time. She didn’t even greet upon arrival and was giving me dirty looks. Honestly this place needs better management and better training! Will never go here even if it’s the last eye doctor in the world!!! Do better!!!!!

I have been with Dr. Mark Haywood for so many years that I can’t remember how many years ago it was that I became his patient.. I highly recommend him and the staff are tremendous. Dr. Haywood is a caring doctor and when you need him, you can be sure he will always be there.

After several appointments with other eye doctors, I found that some are OK and some are not. My search is over and I am very happy with Haywood Eye care. The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Haywood explained everything and was patient with me and all my questions. I plan to be a long time patient with Dr Haywood.
