Dr. Gill is one of the best optometrist I have ever seen. Takes her time and is very patient when assessing and making adjustments to correct your vision as close to 20/20 as possible. I travel far just to see her & she is worth the trip! plus my glasses are amazing I can see almost perfect. I look forward to getting my eyes checked annually by Dr Gill.

Spent very little time getting the right power for each eye. Gave me 2.5, drug store readers are 2.75 and work well. My fault, should have checked the prescription more closely at check out.

Dr. Zhu has the best chair-side manners. She is also a very skilled surgeon. Everyone from the front desk to the counselors are so friendly too.

I highly recommend him. I have been going to him since I was in elementary school and didn’t go to any other eye doctor when away at college. Him and his staff are very friendly, they have great experience, and it’s a comforting knowing that my future appointments will be with him.

i especially appreciate Dr. Carrigan's calm, unhurried personality. I also value his knowledge and ability to explain procedures, thoughts, and conclusions with enough detail . The receptionists and assistants are helpful and courteous. I am grateful to be a patient of Dr. Carrigan and Optometrists of Lansing.

Justin is the the best I have worked with. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He talks clearly and concisely. He is also very skilled and helped me with some measurements. I wanted glasses for a frame I got outside of the store. He went over the different options with me in a clear and concise manner, so I was able to make well informed decisions quickly. The entire buying process was so smooth. He did not sell me anything I don’t need and I appreciate that. There was another staff, Alex, and he was also very helpful. The store itself is very clean, conveniently located and well organized. I hope they keep the San Mateo location. I wish the store well and I hope Justin/Alex get the credit they deserve.

I absolutely recommend Shannon Vision. The entire staff is amazing, welcoming, and helpful. If you are looking for an optometrist office that actually cares about you, leave your large scale vision centers and choose an independent office like this one. Great people and competitive pricing! Highly recommend.

Overall a good place to bring your kids. The dentist assistant Ms. Tonya is absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable and helped her through her appt. Thanks again Ms. Tonya!

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. Staff are courteous. I completed paperwork, payment & was told where to sit. The wait period was explained. I accepted it as, out of 4 local clinics, couldn't get an appt till the following week.

Dr. Hadzic was so helpful and took the time to work with me on easing my way into contacts/glasses. I’ve always struggled with my prescriptions being way too strong and uncomfortable, and have wasted so much money over the years. Dr. Hadzic immediately saw the problem; My previous doctors were not looking at how BOTH of my eyes work TOGETHER. He suggested slightly weakening my prescription in my worse eye to make contacts more comfortable/wearable, and it worked!! I have never had anyone else take the time to do this, and ironically it was the fastest eye appointment I’ve ever had! He even insisted on me coming back in after 1 week to tweak my prescription more if needed. Again, I’ve never had anyone else do this! 10/10 recommend him!
