Christine thr patient advocate was amazing. She helped and was so patient with my husband and myself and walked us through the process.She was so sweet and attentive. I'm definitely coming back. Also all the entire staff was nice and made us feel welcome. It can be hard to navigate getting your 1st pair of glasses but Christine and the staff made it easy and efficient.This will definitely be my home to get glasses from.

Leaving 2 stars because Dr. Wallerich is the best. He is specializes in my difficult eye issues and gets me fixed up every six months. I don’t know what I’d do without him. He’s the ONLY reason I go to this store. I’ll go to the one in Eden Prarie now even tho I live four blocks from this one. I have waited 3 weeks for my glasses and whenever I’ve checked in, I was given new dates to expect them. Two days ago I was told something went wrong and they would get back to me. Never did. So, I went in. The lab couldn’t understand the way my Rx for the prism was written so they just made them without??? How is this even legit? Why did no one communicate? Is this real? I have literally never gotten glasses done right here, it’s an issue every time and I’m totally done. I have stuck it out because then Dr. Wallerich can check them to make sure they’re correctly done, but nope. Never again. There’s no accountability by the store, the store manager can’t help in optical, the 1800 optical number can’t help the store. There’s just no recourse. And it’s been so consistently bad over so many time (2X per year for at least 6), I don’t think anything would even make up for it. I’m disabled with high medical needs and have medical issues without the right glasses (dizziness, which is dangerous given I need crutches to walk) so I can’t afford to keep being dealt with like this. Corporate Target could and should do better. The photo is of my empty, glasses-less hand, just for fun. 🤓🙄😂

Dr. Addison and his team did a great exam for me! Very professional and very knowledgeable! Doc explained all the tests and results in great detail. I will go back next year for my yearly exam! Thanks Doc and your team!! 😀 …

Dr Jennifer Kerns is an amazing practitioner, and comes with a great personality. She tackles your eye problems and comes up with answers you least expect. I felt totally at ease with her.

I have been a patient here for 28 years. Dr. McCormick was my doctor and then Dr. Barina when he retired. I had excellent cataract and implant surgery with her. She also did my laser surgery for my glaucoma. I was turned over to Dr. Terry after everything was stable with my glaucoma. He has done a great job caring for my eyesight checks. He answers all my questions and is very kind. The wait times are better now since they have separated the testing from the doctor’s check. It does involve another trip in, but if you are not a great distance it works better. Morning appointments seem to go quicker than afternoon.

This is a great place to have an eye exam. The staff are friendly and Dr. Gordon is an excellent provider. It's a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend it. I always feel at ease when Dr. Gordon is explaining things, and he takes the time to do so with care and patience. There is also not a long wait time which makes the appointment time efficient.

Dr. Pham has taken amazing care of me for years! Love them here. And Jana is so wonderful, so personable and helpful, I will always come back here no matter what insurance I have! Everyone is so great. They saw me as a walk in, how awesome is that! Thank you so much Dr. Pham and everyone there!

The whole staff was amazing, Hilda was very kind and kept conversation with myself and my kids. The eye doctor was great! I really enjoy the service and how much Hilda offer options to help me save money.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I was welcomed immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything in full detail in a way I can understand. They answered all of my questions. It's been two days, and I already noticed a difference in my eyes. The office is clean, well lit, and very nicely decorated. If you suffer from dry eye, I would recommend you make an appointment.

Dr. is very caring and very detailed in any procedure that he recommends to be done. He was very pleasant on the day of surgery and his singing was very soothing during my procedure. The day after the surgery he said if I had any problems he is available. The staff treated me like I was the only person there. They continually asked if I needed anything while I was waiting for my turn. They all had a smile which calmed my anxiety.
