I love this practice! When I first came to Millbrook Family Eye Care I was living in a temporary situation about 30-40 minutes away. Now, I live a 90-minute drive from there, but I decided to stay with them instead of looking for another doctor because I was so happy with the care I got there. I love that the staff is made up almost entirely of women. Everyone in the office is so friendly, patient, and helpful. I previously had the same eye doctor for over 20 years where I used to live, so it means a lot to me to have found a practice where I feel so at home. They are worth the drive! I highly recommend them!

6-29-23 called in morning, was seen within the hour. Only needed a replacement lens for sunglasses, but because matching was not a guaranteed possibility, I used my own frames and 2 NEW lenses. JEAN, optician, was wonderful! I will add more when I receive my new sunglasses in 7-10 days. Maybe a 5 star review too. On 6-26-23 I called the other optical company but was told they were short-staffed and to call back on 6-28. I did and was told someone would return my call. NO ONE CALLED BACK and I was home all day waiting. A call one way or the other would have been much appreciated. Not a good business practice.

It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Kuhns and his staff! Always professional and kind as well! I also enjoy how patient the Dr. and his staff is with my son while he is getting his eye exam. This has been a positive experience for all of us! Thank you!!!

Truly an outstanding optical shop in every way. I worked with Aria Roberts and she was extremely patient and kind. Truly a great experience. Her associate Joe was also busy helping individuals and I noticed his kind and professional manner sincere Thanks to both of them. Most of all , they are both extremely competent at what they do and are committed to the best possible result

Thank you Dr Cohen and Christina M (tech) For making my visit, extremely prompt and painless, I shall say 😉 As a new patient, it was a little frustrating in the beginning the hold time to try to reach somebody, but I was unable to email or go through the portal because I was not established I will say I was impressed with the office and the Team in general so for me it was worth The time and now that I’m a established patient I can reach out in the portal which they seem to use, which is my preference.. Upon checking, everything is done electronically, which is definitely A plus in my book as that’s my preference The wait time in the lobby was minimal. The testing was prompt and pleasant. Christina M was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly at that. She made me extremely comfortable with all the testing for My Lupus. All in all, I feel like it’s a great office. The atmosphere was very clean the gal’s upfront who checked me and we’re extremely sweet as well as checkout. So thank you again for making everything so prompt and getting me in in a timely fashion. I appreciate that as well. Keep on doing you guys you’re doing a great job 😊

Dr Kaplan is the most loving, kind, caring doctor I’ve ever dealt with. My mother suffers from multiple conditions that effect her vision. Dr. Kaplan took the time to coordinate her extremely complex condition with 4 other doctors on multiple occasions. Her skill, competence and professionalism are beyond measure. She is a fantastic diagnostician. Dr Kaplan is the whole package. Even her staff is wonderful: kind, helpful and efficient. She is a true blessing. I recommend her unreservedly.

We love Dr. Morris and her staff. They are all very personable and knowledgeable. My son was having troubles reading, and staying on task. Homework in the evening was a battle. Doctor Morris was able to help with both his reading. The vision therapist at her office was wonderful, my son looked forward to it every week. Dr Morris also gave me some tips (not vision related) to help with homework. It used to take over an hour to get his homework done... Now he gets it done in 15 minutes or less!!

The eye exam was great and the doctor was really nice. Staff helped me pick out frames and were friendly. However, the glasses were more expensive than I was expecting and I found out later they don't take returns. Had to ask for a copy of my prescription also.

An incredible experience! Absolutely life-changing. The staff was nothing short of incredibly kind, informative, and knowledgeable. Every time they would ask me for questions, I didn't have any since they prepared me for everything. Shout-outs to Elizabeth, Karen, Nick, Dr Danzo, Mr Montgomery and the rest of the staff who helped me along the journey! Thank you guys so much. ❤️
