I was visiting locally and a retaining screw fell out of my glasses. Which I was unable to find. I dropped into these guys on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could help.They sorted it out very fast and efficiently and within 2 minutes my glasses were fully functioning again. Very polite and helpful staff. Definitely worth going to if you need help with your glasses.

Bought my first pair of glasses. Nobody asked to even try how they fit. I walked for less than a minute and had to come back as the glasses were sliding down. They made some adjustments and send me on my way again. This time I made it for a couple of minutes before it had to return back as the glasses were sliding down. They made some adjustments again and told me to try the glasses for a week before coming back. Glasses kept sliding down every few minutes, hurting on one side behind the ear and my vision was distorted.... after trying for a week (but not wearing glasses all the time as they were so uncomfortable) I went to Murray Costco. Night and day! The person who helped me adjusted glasses at least 10 times, making me try them and checking the fit between each try. I can actually wear the glasses now and seee!!!! Bunch of lazy people working at the downtown location. Will never go back there again!

Dr Walia and every staff member of Georgia Retina with whom I encountered in this morning’s examination were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The visit included stops at various stations, all of which were well synchronized. I almost didn’t mind the dilation. I definitely recommend the practice.

Efficient and easy and affordable. Got exactly what I needed in about 15min and they’ll mail them to me! Ta da!

I've had poor vision since childhood, so I've spent a lot of time and money on eye care. The team at Pine Creek Vision Clinic are very good IMHO. The office has all the modern diagnostic kit so you don't need dilation, which is great if you're trying to squeeze in an appointment during the work day. Selection of frames is limited, but adequate. With my prescription, I've had some screwed up orders, but so far the lab they use for lens fab produces high quality products. Finally, the doctor was able to fit me into a new contact lens brand that was a major improvement in wearing comfort. My wife and daughter are also happy with the care they've received. A very good eye care specialist worthy of my business and trust.

Amazing service! Cannot reccomend enough. Juan treated me like one of his own and his experience and craft is top notch.

I cannot say enough great things about this office and its Staff!!! They make you feel right at home immediately. The Dr is friendly honest and knowledgeable. The Girls in the front are willing to help and don’t make you feel rushed like they do in many other office settings. The gentleman that brings you back is on point and always attentive. If I ever get a chance to give them a referral I definitely will!!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING A STRESS-FULL time more relaxing

Called to see if they accepted my insurance over the phone and they said they did. Made two separate appointments for myself and my wife to get our vision checked. When we arrived they said, "We don't accept your insurance." I said, "Well then who answered the phone?" The receptionist gave me that millennial stare and mumbled something along the lines of, "Oh my bad. That was me."

Very helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and helped me right away.
