Great staff. Been a patient for over ten years and have never been dissatisfied with my care

Only If I could give this place a zero! I went here and was told I needed a new prescription with drastic changes. I went and had the new glasses made,in a different location. I knew right away when I put the new glasses on something wasn’t right. I clearly could not see and my vision was distorted. I called the office and went back to have the prescription checked. They made some tweeking in the script and I went back to the place I had the glasses made. Came back again, still wrong! I called the office and went back again. The script was tweeted again but was told there was nothing wrong! I ended up spending a fortune on having my lenses made over and over again 6x’s because I could not see! I drive children for a living and could not see with the new prescription (Now the entire time I kept going back to this office, did I ever see a doctor again! It was alway the optician or they would take the script doctor would change it but never see me!) I finally went back to were I went to have the glasses made and insisted they put my old script back in for my glasses. I finally found a new doctor and found out my script NEVER changed! I am still in the same prescription that I have been in for the past 8+ years. Would NOT recommend this place! They are are unpleasant and are very unprofessional!

The staff are very very sweet. The woman whose name escapes me that brought me in for the eye drops and a refraction was amazing, very comforting and put me at ease. Overall the care is quite comprehensive, and Dr. Nancy who I was seeing for the first time very reassuring as well. They are quite busy so be patient, it is worth the wait.

Pleasant staff, initial eye exam prior to seeing the doctor, this person loved their job and was very professional, smiling and positive the whole time, it was a pleasure to have her help me, I would go back in a second. The doctor was very pleasant and personable. Overall experience was above expectations, bravo!!

I have to say I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor but the whole staff made me feel really comfortable. This was just a nice appointment all around

Josiah and Sue saved the day! I was visiting Connecticut for a wedding and forgot my contacts. They got me set up with a new order of contacts and trial contacts to get me through the weekend! Excellent customer service and a really friendly team guy.

I started going here about 8 to 10 years ago for personal reasons. I was met by Heather, who could not have been more helpful and has helped me pick out the perfect frames many times. When they add Carrie, Josiah, and Sue to the mix, leaving there satisfied is a common occurrence. I am not the most gentle on my glasses and frames so I need to stop in often for adjustments to my frames, I always leave with my frames feeling, and looking, brand new. I highly recommend this specific optician team, I was blind, but now I see.

I went to the Vision Center at Walmart a couple of months ago and Tracy was so nice and helpful! I didn’t have my script at the time but she helped me pick choices and then saved them in my file. She also helped me figure out my insurance. I came back weeks later and she not only remembered me but patiently helped me make my final selections. The other staff person Josiah helped me pick my new fav pair and Heather the manager was also great! It was an overall super helpful and even fun experience. I’ll be back!!-
