My family goes here. They took care of my daughter for years, then my wife, now me. I think the doctors and staff are great. Very professional, courteous and I don't wait very long any time I go. I have been going here for 4 years or more. My daughter and wife, more than ten years.

Wait for more than two hours and counting... Schedule too many patients and only two doctors are on duty. It’s very awful.

Be sure to allow plenty of time for an appointment. They are always behind schedule...

I have been coming here for a few years, and I keep coming back despite the fact that this office is not in my network. Dr. Rubsam and his staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They have gone out of their way in more than one occasion to accommodate a need and help me solve problems. The sense that I get from the professionals in this office is consistently one of selflessness and genuine care for patients. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking into finding an office for an eye doctor.

Staff is friendly and helpful and makes the insurance process so much easier.

Dr. Hernandez has been great since our first meeting. He is kind, thorough, understanding, and patient. I never feel uncomfortable with him or any of his staff. I feel like he knows me and my eyes and works with me to find the answers to my questions and problems.

I have to give a big shout out to Stephanie & Kyona !! These two employees go above and beyond when it comes to the guest experience!! I have been a customer there for at least 10 years, and I have never seen anything but bright smiles on their faces and the warmest hospitality.They both deliver exceptional service and always come up with the right solution for whatever need I had. I must say they really are both top notch professionals in their field !! Thanks for all you do !!
