My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Optometrist office, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Danielle, the employee who assisted us was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout our visit. Her expertise in the field was evident, and she patiently addressed all our concerns and questions. The entire staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, and the office itself was clean and well-maintained. The optometrist conducted a thorough examination, and we felt confident in the care we received. Overall, I highly recommend this eye doctor office for anyone seeking top-notch eye care. Danielle's friendly demeanor and expertise made our visit a pleasure, and we will certainly be returning for our future eye care needs. Dr. Johnson and her team are always fantastic! She is personable and trustworthy. She has always had a positive attitude and is extremely knowledgeable of course. Won’t go elsewhere for my eye care or my family’s.

The doctors are great. I go every year to check my vision. But the contact lenses people are impossible to work with. Every single time I need to reorder lenses and I call, it ALWAYS goes to voicemail. I dont even know what they offer a phone number “service” if it’s never available. Then you try to go to orden directly to the counter, NOT POSSIBLE. You try to order online, NOT POSSIBLE. So you have to deal every single time with their incompetent service. Then I called, nothing. I showed up there, finally someone came to talk to me and said “we have ordered your lenses”, fine. We ate supposed to pay online so I wait day after day to pay my bill to have my lenses. A week goes by, nothing. No order, no message, nothing. Now after 10 days I’m calling time after time, two voice messages left today and no lenses! This is the last time I order here.

Dr. Barzideh is an incredable doctor! My husband has very bad retina issues in both of his eyes. She is very smart, thorough, caring, talented and down to earth. My husband has seen other retina specialists but she is by far and away the best.

Very professional AND friendly! Dr. Gallager is personable and knows his stuff. You never get the feeling that he's in a hurry to get to his next patient. I don't know how he does it, but I didn't wait long and he answered all my questions.

It was a great visit. We've been working on getting a contact lens with a great fit and today I'm going home with 2 different pair to try. They are good at communications and they're good at listening so if you have any issues you'll certainly get them answered. They take their time and make certain that you understand everything. Being students they have the very latest technology at their hands. I am very satisfied with my eye appointments with Midwestern University and highly recommend them. In addition: they have the best eyeglass frame selection I've seen in a long time.

Today is New Years day and most doctors offices are closed (and will be over the weekend as well). I called Frank and left a message on his after hours line. He called me back right away and was able to see us within 20 mins! My son had a piece of of metal in his eye and needed it removed as soon as possible. I am very grateful for Dr. Frank and couldn't be happier. He was very good with my five year old and kids can sense that easily about someone. My son was the bravest I've ever seen him today. He even wants to write a thank you note and mail it to him. We honestly couldn't be happier and we aren't even patients of his but if we need any eye care needs in the future he will be the one our family will go to.

The doctors and staff are amazing and knowledgeable. They never make you feel rushed and always make you feel valued. It is a fun and laid back atmosphere. I was set at ease regarding my health concerns but also made to feel like all my concerns mattered to them as well. Rockford Family Eye Care have life long patients in my family and myself. I would and have recommended Rockford Family Eye Care to anyone looking of quality eye care. Thank you all for all you do.
