Dr Mann and her staff are warm, friendly and very helpful & thorough. My husband and I have been to many optometrists and she is the best.

Great place... Laura, who has helped me a few times now really knows her stuff... She takes the time to review all styles and available options. As for pricing, they can accommodate any budget with quality materials. Thank you again West & Stannish

Absolutely unparalleled service! Laura has an excellent eye for style, and even managed managed to condense a weeklong lens-crafting process into two days so that they would be available before a trip. Fourth time with West & Stannish and never disappointed!

This is a great local business!!! Laura makes sure that your glasses are functional and stylish. With her years of experience in the industry, she will also make sure they fit your face properly and look right, unlike other places that just want to sell you something and get you out the door.

Wife and I recently visited Marty for glasses. His patience in assisting us, answering questions, giving his honest opinions on different looks and his overall demeanour was fantastic. When my wife was adamant on a certain style, Marty persisted and changed the lens to match her colour request. He never gave up until Missus was happy. The overall experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend Marty. We shall return which is the highest compliment I can give him on a job well done. Thank You.

Our family loves this place, we always get our eye exams, glasses and contact lenses here. Martin is an excellent asset to this place, always very helpful.

Just has an eye exam/contact appointment with Dr Chang. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He likes to breakdown complex terminologies into simple terms that his patients can understand. He is very thorough and thoughtful. Marty (optician manager) was very helpful with processing my insurance as well as handling contact purchase. It was a great visit indeed!

I had to have MOHS surgery very close to my left eye, basically from my bottom eyelid and below . After the cancer was removed,I had to have plastic surgery done to get my eye right again. Dr, Garibaldi was absolutely amazing, I needed 2 skin grafts to replace what was removed on my bottom eyelid, and below the eye. Dr, Garibaldi was so kind and reassuring at a very scary time for me. I never thought my eye would ever look normal again. But now 4 1/2 months post surgery, I can barely tell I had any surgery at all. I highly recommend Dr. Garibaldi for any plastic surgery that someone may need. He is simply the best. Thank you Dr, Garibaldi for helping me,and continue to do your amazing work.

Absolutely the worst in patient and post op care.
My Sister is a medical professional. had eye surgery and was very nervous. Requested Sedation .. Versed - which is standard in these procedures. Twice ignored. Third request she stated she was a medical professional and was finally given what she requested.
After surgery in recovery she had severe pain in the eye which also produced a headache. Informing recovery staff they offer nothing. Then being infatic they finally offer tylenol. She is given documents for her release and told to sign them. She does and is told nothing else and is ushered out the door.
She finds out hours after she get's home that she is supposed to use eye drops in her eyes every two hours but was never told this in recovery.
After this the next day she lodges a complaint with the center.
Two staff members blamed the surgeon's desired processes for the reason she did not get the sedation. My sister is fully qualified in conscious sedation so she knows what they are saying makes no sense. Concerning post op lake of care and instructions they said they will talk with the 'technician' Not only is this too late, I cannot understate you are not being tended to by a nurse post op. Just a tech.
Avoid this Surgical Center at all costs... unprofessional or incompetent .. you decide. But the way my sister even as a medical professional was handled and talked to ... if you're a layman ... what chance do you stand?

This office really needs to get more organized! My mom had surgery this morning, and was told to arrive by 8am (1 1/2hr before surgery). Dropped her off at 7:55am. They told me to head back in two hours to pick her up. Given, I didn’t expect for them to be exactly on time. I arrive 2 1/2 hrs later, and guess what? SHE HASN’T EVEN GONE INTO SURGERY!!!!!! Are you serious?! The reason? Some patients arrived earlier than their scheduled time so delayed everyone else. Excuse me but the WHOLE purpose of scheduling is to designate a specified time. Why should my mom be pushed to the back of the line because other people can’t follow clear instructions?? Those people should have to wait and those who arrived at the correct time be taken in!!! They didn’t even have the decency or courtesy to call me and say hey, we are running behind, give us a call in this long to see if she’s ready. NOTHING. No apology, no consideration. I drove 40 minutes to get here and now stuck waiting around for who knows how long!! Beyond livid at how inconsiderate this office is and how poorly it’s run. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
