One of the most professional, friendly, and well-run offices I have ever been to! Dr. Ruby was fantastic. Explained everything to me in a way that I could clearly understand and helped me make a good decision for my future I care.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years now- Dr. Gollender and his staff are always very kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a new optometrist!

I saw Dr. Tran, and she and everyone else were friendly, professional, prompt, and provided good care. In the past, the manager, Marissa, was very helpful with an insurance issue I had. Would recommend.

Before we went to store owner is very nice. But now they are very rude and unprofessional, specially that black lady discriminated white and Asian customers. Also smelled marijuana in store.

Very professional and friendly! The office was very clean, by the time I walked in I was walking out within 25 minutes very satisfied. They made sure to answer any questions that I had and while I was sitting at the desk to put my order in for my glasses not only was it professionally done but laughs were shared, I would definitely recommend going there!

Dr Feng was very competent and explained everything to me so I could understand. Plus he answered all my questions. I felt I was in good hands with my eye issues. Thank you Dr. Feng!!!

Have had many good experiences with Dr. Adkins and his office. He has been my primary eye doctor for several visits now. I transitioned back into contact lenses with his help after being told several years ago by an ophthalmologist that I would never be able to have them again.

Within the last 2 months, I have been given a great gift- new vision in both eyes. Slowly, over the last 7 years, I had noticed that my vision had become cloudy and my visual acuity was significantly affected. My Optometrist had been monitoring the growing culprit- cataracts. At the last annual eye exam, he recommended that I get them removed, as it was pointless to try to resolve the issue anymore with traditional eyewear and prescriptive lenses. He told me that if he ever had to have cataract surgery, there was only one Dr. he would want to have them removed by- Dr. Walker. I made an appointment, and within 2 week had the first one removed, followed by the second eye 2 weeks later. The difference has been truly amazing. Not only are colors brighter and more accurate, but my ability to see clearly for the first time in a LONG time has ultimately been restored. If you are on the fence trying to decided to get your cataracts removed, wait no longer. Call Dr. Walker. Her level of professionalism, and the great support staff in the office and at the surgical center, make the whole experience a very positive one. Thank you Eye Associates, staff, and Dr. Walker!

I love my LASIK results and highly recommend Dr. Kiley. Prior to my visit with Dr. Kiley, I visited another doctor who didn't feel comfortable doing LASIK (my astigmatism and myopia were too strong, he said), but instead recommended PRK. Dr. Kiley, however, was able to perform LASIK and give me great results! At the consult, for which there is a fee (which is applied to the procedure), they ran all the tests, making me feel very confident in proceeding. The top selling point was that Amanda sat down and explained every little detail - not just financial and disclaimers, but exactly what to expect before, during, and after the LASIK. She explained that we'd do 4 follow-up appointments (1 day, 1 week, 3 months, and 1 year post-op). If my vision didn't meet expectations, they'd fix it by doing another LASIK at no charge (called an enhancement). The actual LASIK is done at another location, with a cutting-edge machine. It's very quick and I was able to drive myself (with no glasses or contacts!!!) the very next day. I had minimal discomfort, just some minor dryness which has improved over time. We could tell at the 1-day and 1-week check ups that my vision wasn't quite perfect, and at the 3 month check up, they recommended the enhancement. Given that there's not an additional charge for enhancements, I was impressed that they actually recommended it - rather than me having to convince them or complain. I"m now 1 week out of the enhancement (just needed in one eye) and am thrilled with the results! The price was comparable (actually a little less) than at the other office, Dr. Kiley and his staff are all clearly experts at what they do. I'd do it again and can recommend him without reservations.

very easy and quick process to get a new pair of glasses - plus, I love them! not to mention my glasses came in super quickly (about 6 days). on tops of this, all of the staff are super friendly and very helpful with the whole process as well. I got a lot of help with choosing my new pair of glasses so I'm very thankful for that, and the whole experience. I would recommend Arizona Primary Eye Care to anyone, and I will definitely be returning!! :)
