This place is a great example of what happens when the government and politicians take huge donations from corporations and permit a monopoly like Northwell to be the only game in town when it comes to medicine on Long Island. I took my mother there for her cataract surgery today and got there at 9:20 for her 9:30 am appointment. At 11:30 am they tried to take another patient who had a later appointment with her same doctor. When we complained they paused for 20 minutes only to determine that my mother was next. There is simply no reason to wait 2 hours when you show up on time and no reason for their staff to be so disorganized that they don't even know who is next. Having a surgery is stressful enough without having to sit for two hours and fight for your place in line. Of course, when she got inside her doctor had no idea what was even going on. This is a very sad state of affairs and I have zero confidence in Northwell. It's just a monopoly money making machine who doesn't care about its patients (in my humble opinion).

I had LASIK with Dr. Donnenfeld in the beginning of the year, and since then my vision has been perfect! I had no complications with the procedure and Dr.Donnenfeld was very comforting during it. Kerry and Anjali made the pre-operative process easygoing and simple. I certainly recommend doing LASIK with them!!!

Dr. Donnenfeld and his team are amazing! Especially Kerry and Anjali who made the whole process seamless. I had such a pleasant experience with my LASIK surgery from beginning to end and I could not be happier with my incredible results. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!

I had my LASIK done about a year ago and cannot express what a great experience it was. Everything was seamless and easy. The staff was very informative and helpful in answering my questions. Day of surgery Dr. Donnenfeld talked me through the procedure which calmed my anxiety. I love waking up without glasses and during the summer I don’t have to deal with my contacts when I wear my sunglasses. Definitely wish I had done it sooner.

This was my first time at Good Looks Optometry. The office is clean, and modern. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They accept insurance and had a nice selection of frames, both in plan and designer. I will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Dr. Riegel and the staff at Good Looks Optometry are top notch! I was blessed to have grown up with an uncle who was an ophthalmologist, so at 33 years old I am first seeing an eye doctor who is not related to me for the first time. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! The office is super high tech and Dr. Riegel was very thorough in finding me new contact lenses that would be similar to my current prescription, which is being discontinued. Great selection on frames too!

Been wearing glasses my entire life, been through several optometry places, and I hopefully found my last one. Good looks was super good!! Friendly service, from the front desk to the doctors to the glasses specialist. Easy and accommodating appointment service. The doctors were very knowledgeable and have modern high tech equipment to perform a thorough examination. Easy metered parking outside. Clean office!!

My appointment was scheduled on time. Front dest agent was frindly ,quite up to standard. Also the guy that took my information before seeing doctor was helpful. Doctor William examined my eyes, I asked questions and he gives me answer and advice. With all honesty I'm satisfied with my visit.

I’m pleased to be a new patient at SightMD in Garden City, NY. My previous physician retired somewhat unexpectedly, and I was concerned about finding a new one. From my very first visit, I felt confident in the expertise of Dr William Kasper, and in the professionalism and skill of the office staff and medical assistants. I highly recommend this practice!
