I had a tremendous experience with LensCrafters in the bottom of this Macy’s… Unlike any other LensCrafters, I’ve been to Ruben was my sales person and help me pick out a frame that was very unique and stylish for my face. He did so much to help me find another frame as well as explain to me the different options at LensCrafters can facilitate for my needs. If you have to go to any store, it would have to be this one tucked away safely and securely in the bottom of this Macy’s.

Don helped me with a missing screw on my sunglasses. Upon initial glance, he knew immediately what I needed, how long it would take to repair and what needed to be done. I’m grateful for his knowledge & assistance. Great service!

Came to Lens Crafters to have the nose pads on my eye glasses replaced, as they had broken off after regular wearing of the glasses. Daryoush was extremely polite, inviting and helpful with replacing them. Thank you so much Lens Crafters for having an amazing team member on your staff!!

The manager and staff at this facility are incredible! I didn’t have an exam (my vision requires some advanced optho techniques) but received new frames and lenses. Quick turnaround and exceptional customer service.

I recently purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses at this location. The staff was amazing, and I want to especially call out how excellent the service was that Bella provided to me. She knows how to make the customer feel important!
