Some items weren't in stocks but the store was very organized and the employees are always pleasant.

They're certainly up there, leading the charge, top of the pack, to be the worst in vision for the entire region. They advertise taking walk ins. I go in. Four visionworks staff are present. No other customers. No one's come in or gone out while I'm there. Nor in the following 20 minutes after I left. I was told they're "too busy" today. I'm not quite sure what they were busy with. Two of them were on their phones. I suppose if you're paid to wander Facebook and play games, then yes, this store was profoundly busy. Edit to Respond: You know which location. I suggest you become more proactive in your quality control. I have already found a better eye doctor.

From making and rescheduling my appointment their website was phenomenal. Once I got to my appointment everyone was very attentive and the doctor was amazing in dealing with my unique situation. This group is amazing and I will continue my eyecare here for the duration.

Incredibly friendly staff, even helped me choose frames! Made the appointment relaxing and enjoyable. The associate greeted me with a huge smile and was so helpful with everything from insurance to the right look for me. Highly recommended!

The best eye doctor out there, bar none! The absolute friendliest group of people I've ever dealt with in a doctors office in my life! The most honest and trustworthy people in the business!

The eye exam was very thorough and reasonably priced if you don't have insurance. It was very clean and everyone was extremely nice.

Been going there for years and never had a problem. Though when I lost my insurance their treatment of me changed, hence why it's not 5 stars. I've gotten my insurance back and will give them another shot.

Very poor treatment to loyal customers. I Have been a customer for over 10 years with a family of 7 that wear glasses and loyally goes to Cassey Optical. Despite this we were recently running late for an appointment and called to let them know that we would be 5-10 minutes late. We ended up being exactly 4 minutes late but received a call indicating that our appointment was going to be cancelled because they don’t take being late. Will be looking for another provider that values loyalty.

I have been going to her for years and now even my kids see her. She is equally good with adults and kids. Very friendly, always smiling. Great friendly staff! Never have to wait too long in her office and always get the best care.
