The staff was amazing, so friendly. Dr. Sherman is my hero! She found a retinal tear, I had no symptoms. She sent me to a retinal specialist and I had laser eye surgery the same day. The specialist told me that Dr. Sherman probably saved my sight. I am forever grateful and a patient for life!!!

Definitely had a great exam and contact lens fitting with Dr. H! Store was very clean and follows CDC guidelines completely. Exams, lenses, and frames we're all very affordable as well. Better than lens crafters in my opinion. The man who helped me pick out glasses was very helpful and friendly! 10/10!

Lost a good customer. Have used this vision center for my son forever. Changed to in network with VBA. Without notice cost me my year of benefits because I paid cash as always to get reimbursed but VBA said no because of change told me to get vision center to reimburse Vision center said no. Oh well. Let’s see how long you last treating customers like this. Manager said no. After finally showing up to work.

Everything was a smooth process from check-in to the full eye exam; everything was explained during the exam with all questions answered.

Dr. Patel was wonderful! He provided the most thorough and expletive eye exam I’ve probably ever had. The sales associate was also incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with for my purchase.

I love this practice. They are incredibly nice and super helpful - especially when my child had an issue that we were struggling to solve. Harry always asks about my kids and is incredibly helpful. I can't recommend this practice enough! Thank you for all you do.

The Dr. is very efficient and very Good at what she do. She was very polite and gentle with what ever she was doing. BUT the guy at the front desk was rude to me three times. He needs to better his customer service skills.

My husband and I have been going here for years and now our children are as well. I appreciate that they understand insurance so well and make getting your contacts or glasses seamless. The office is always calm and quiet. Dr. is very good at what she does.
