I have been delighted with the service provided by Dr. Suscavage and his staff for many years. My glasses are challenging to fit properly because of a combination of astigmatism and use of progressive lenses--the fit has to be just so. This office always gets them right the first time. No other practice I've used in the last twenty-five years has been able to do that. In fact, at three other practices, the glasses had to be made over four times (at each, literally) before they were finally correct.

If it were possible to give this Dr NO STARS I would. He could not have been more unprofessional. He was extremely uncaring, arrogant, and honestly practically abusive. His attitude was horrific and he did not have an ounce of compassion. A horrible experience.

Scammers
They charge you for something that you don’t want to get done
And they don’t explain in advance
When you decide not to have glasses made by them thats when they will find ways to charge you

He was rude and mean when we asked him some questions. I was shocked how a medical professional would respond to their patients the way he did. We will never go back to him again.

Have seen him for years. Something has changed. Agree with other recent reviews here. Very unfriendly. Seems annoyed by any questions or comments. Had no interest in problem solving an issue I was having with contacts ripping and getting stuck in my eye. Never had this issue in 35 years, so I know how to use contact lenses. He was annoyed by my question as to whether he had other patients having issues with this particular brand that he had switched me to.
Was due to see him this month and canceled. Changing to another practice where they don’t think they are doing ME a favor by seeing me. Hopefully he has an attitude change or whatever is going on with him gets resolved.

This is Katie's 2nd time doing my lashes. I didn't know lashes could be so comfortable! I have beautiful lashes and I don't feel them at all! My lashes stayed on in Miami humidity and rain, when I worked out, sleep and all types of vacation activities. Katie has a delightful demeanor and a wonderful personality. I recommend her 100% for talent, skill and the experience. Ask for Katie and you won't regret it!

Kaitie is amazing! I’ve been getting my eye lashes done for years and have never had someone do such an amazing job. She’s quick, thorough, gentle, detail oriented etc. everything you’d want and more when getting your lashes done! The studio itself is also great!!

I booked a volume appointment with a stylist in training. The service was great and the people were friendly. The result didn’t quite match the example photos I provided. In the photo I provided, you can see my lashes have gaps towards the inner corners. If you want very long thick eyelashes I wouldn’t recommend booking with Lash Lounge Blue Bell. The main stylists may provide better results. I canceled my free refill appointment because the result is not what I was looking for.

Dr. Schneider and her entire staff are the nicest people I've ever encountered in heath care. I am a very untypical patient. I've never worn glasses, but started getting chalazions a few years ago. So it's urgent when I need to see her. They always fit me right into her schedule no matter how busy. I was having a problem finding a prescription they gave me once. I called the office and they put me on hold while they called around to find a pharmacy that had it in stock. Plus, Dr. Schneider never lets me leave without a hug. Truly an exceptional place and wonderful people. If you need eye care you should definitely call.

I made an appointment at the very beginning of January for me and my daughter. I was very clear when I said this was just our yearly checkup. We were new patients, so I wasn't shocked when there was a little bit of a wait. However, the earliest they could get us in was 2 months out. 2 months go by, we get a call 2 days before the appointment, Saying the doctor, they scheduled with doesn't do maintenance and they aren't sure how we were put on that schedule. So, she wanted to reschedule. She said the next available isn't for another 3 weeks and that was doing us a favor. I am sure the doctor is great, but to wait over 2.5 months to get one appointment and to be told 2 days before they made a mistake, and we would have to wait longer is frustrating. I called another Different office/Doctor and they were able to fit us in the very next week. I should have done that from the very beginning.
