The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The optometrist spent a good amount of time with me to make sure that my vision exam was going to help me with my new pair of glasses the most. I really appreciate how friendly the staff was how they took the right amount of time with me to make sure that my next set of glasses was going to be a good pair.

From the second I walked in the door,the customer service was EXCELLENT !! The doctor was patient & gave me a thorough exam,I didn't feel rushed at all !! I was told they we're short staffed so please be patient BUT you could not tell that by the service I received !! I'm 51 and trying out contacts for the first time,the lady who showed me how to put them in was again extremely patient,although they were short staffed,I didn't feel rushed or shorted on any service. I have definitely found my new eye store. Thank you ♥️

So helpful. The woman that took care of me was great at helping me find the glasses I was looking for at the price I was looking for. She was very patient in explaining what my insurance company would pay and what I would be responsible for. She was very personable and so pleasant to deal with. The optometrist was also great in the testing of my eyes and showing me the difference between the glasses I currently have and the new prescription. Just fantastic all around!

Dr Q is great. Reviewed my exam with me and discussed findings and treatment. Korbin assisted me with selecting glasses and sunglasses of course! Gotta go for the glam! Great team. Friendly, efficient, and fun!

Christy C at the Visionworks at Great Lakes Mall was wonderful! If you need new frames she is excellent in helping you pick the best ones for your gave shape, hair color, eyes, etc. Ask for her!

Check in was quick. Dr. Qotaynah was so thorough and very friendly! And the lovely young lady and the check in desk was the best! I found my frames quickly and Corbin was so sweet. I’ll definitely be back!

Everybody there from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were totally awesome, I had dr.Eippert.,what a top notch dr. He is also very personal, he called me himself after both my surgeries and asked how I was doing. He did not have his assistant do it. Great place, highly recommended..thanks to everyone there.

Dr. Happ at OPI has substantially improved my dry eye pain and symptoms using a treatment called intense pulsed light (IPL). Starting after the third session, and especially now after the fourth, my symptoms have improved dramatically when nothing else I was trying was working. Despite it not being covered by my insurance, it is more than worth it, and I commend OPI and Dr. Happ for investing in this technology and bringing it to patients in need.

Always a great experience with Dr. Nichols and Sue, their "Contacts Guru!" My husband and I feel confident in the services we receive at OPI and truly appreciate feeling valued as patients. Dr. Nichols is wonderful and really takes her time with us - you get a good, thorough exam! The team of check in, check out and assistants are top notch too!

The people in this office are seriously awesome. They take your care very personally and the whole vibe in there is just GOOD. I appreciate finding this office so much!

What a great experience! After 50 years of prescription glasses and the recent onset of cataracts, I can now see better than ever! Dr. Rom and his staff were very helpful in understanding my condition and the options available to me. With each eye, the stay at the surgery center was only a couple of hours and the actual procedure was very quick and completely painless. The nurses and staff couldn't have treated me better! Dr. Rom exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended him to three other people.
