I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson's since the 1990's. The office staff is always friendly and helpful! Dr. Wilson is thorough, professional and knowledgeable! Very nice all the way round!

The staff were very friendly. They accommodated me on a very short notice. Dr. Lucas Wilson was very friendly and thorough when he examined my eyes. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for eye care in the Farmington Hills area

They have the worse selection of eyeglasses I have ever seen. The ladies behind the counter were incredibly rude during my last appointment. As if they were annoyed that I was there. Dr. Hart is a pretty nice guy, but man does he want to get in and out as fast as possible. They ALWAYS have a billing issue. First I pay, then they send me a refund check, then they invoice me, then they refund me again! I will be looking for a new eye doctor, just not worth the frustration anymore.

Dr. Hart and his staff are excellent. They gave me back 20-20 vision in both of my eyes after cataract surgery. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. I am very thankful to have them.

My husband and I been patients at Associates in Ophthalmology for several years. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sygiel very thorough, he takes the time to answer questions and explain what's going on if you have any concerns. He just did cataract surgery for my husband, who now has 20/20 vision. We're very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Associates in Ophthalmology.

The check-up itself was very thorough- the doctors are quick, efficient, and use advanced technology that I haven't seen at other offices. However, the WAIT was horrible and unnecessary. I've seen other reviews say there was about an hour wait, which is already unreasonable, but I waited 3.5 HOURS. This was my first time at the office and I didn't know what the normal wait time was, but when I started noticing that everyone around me was getting called (including those who arrived way after me), I knew something was up. I talked to the receptionist and she went to go check on something but never followed up with me. I proceeded to wait another hour before I spoke up again. This time, they actually looked into it and realized they had never sent my information to the back to be called! They could have solved this problem way earlier if they actually looked into it- I definitely felt dismissed as their patient. It wasn't busy at that point, so there was no excuse. Plus, I was the ONLY patient still in the waiting room. There were several receptionists who passed by me over those 3.5 hours, and none of them thought to ask if I'd been helped, even as I made direct eye contact with them. They were very apologetic when they realized their error, but this office needs either new receptionists or to train them better. There was no reason why they didn't follow up with me or see that I was the only patient still waiting. Good doctors, poor service.

Took my neighbor for a emergency visit.Her doctor evaluated her and sent her to the hospital. A busy practice. Everyone was so courteous.

Check up was fine. Wasn't told the procedure would be charged to my medical insurnace( I have vision insurance) and I would have to pay towards my deductible. I was informed of this one year later when a bill was sent. It didn't explain where the fee came from. Poor business practice.

It's recommended by my eye doctor for good reasonable prices and good people who own and operate.
