I have loved everything about my experience with Dr. Hairston and his office staff. He takes the time to explain everything and will patiently answer any questions I have. In the last few years, I have had several issues with dry eye - his dry eye spa along with the suggestion of eye plugs has left my eyes feeling better than ever. He truly cares about his patients and wants to help. I also have to acknowledge his office staff who are always so lovely and pleasant every time I call. The office is in a very convenient location right off route 9 and it's a clean and well organized space.

Dr Hairston is so nice and professional...I have anxiety and going to a new dr is hard but didn't feel anxious at all!! He explained everything step..his admin is also wonderful and helped me pick glasses. Great place!

Unpleasant experience ! Walked in, lady at the front didn’t greet and after looking at a few frames I was asked “do you need anything “ in a rude tone ! And as I explained I wanted to order frames I was informed that I better buy them back where I found them and that I’m going to have to wait ! Very unpleasant so decided to leave and look elsewhere

Janine is the best.really knows her stuff.treats all ages with such professional respect. . she knows all the options that you have with the insurance that you use Goes out of her way to make sure of a perfect fit. Thanks to Jenine I will recommend Framingham optical to everyone I know who needs eye care .will be sending my mother to her next..i wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care.

Fast and friendly service. They ordered me a new pair of Mass health eye glasses and I had them in 2 weeks.

Worst office ever! Extremely long hold times and wait times if you ever get in! I have an eye infection and they want to give me an appointment a week out.

Been coming here for many years... I always get a thorough exam and full explanation of results by Dr. Foner with good advice. The staff are wonderful and attentive too! Very relaxed setting.
