Dr. Bhan is an amazing doctor and surgeon. From the first moment you step into her office, through your surgery and follow up appointments she is there for her patients. I believe most people are apprehensive about having eye surgery but she is so understanding of people’s fears and concerns. To be able to give people back the gift of sight, in my mind, there is no greater gift. I feel so fortunate and blessed to have Dr. Bhan as my surgeon!!!

I have been going to Dr. Foner for a few years now and I can say that he is by far the best doctor that I have come across. He really cares for his patients and their individual needs. By that I mean, he takes his time with you and explains everything in great detail. He answers all your questions so you leave with clarity and confidence. Unlike other doctors, who mostly seem to rush you because its about the number, you will never feel that way with Dr. Foner. There isn't any long waiting time when you reach for your appointment time, you get called almost right away, which shows that Dr. Foner's office values your time. I am so happy to have found Dr. Foner and I highly recommend him. I can trust him fully to provide great care for myself and my family.

I called and left a message about wanting to get my glasses fixed because they were scratched and still under warranty. Funny that I never received a call back ever, and now the warranty is expired. This isn’t the first time this office has messed up with contact or lens orders for my husband and I. We will be taking out business elsewhere, and you should too.

Dr. Marc A Foner's staff Karen is not returning my wife's favourite eye glass frame and ignoring our phone calls. Update : Karen has returned my wife's eye glass after this post on Google.

Visiting the eye doctor was always discomforting for me. Something about the process made me anxious and I avoided it at all costs for a good part of my life. This changed when I came to Braz Optical. A friend of mine had highly recommended them to me and I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I had an awesome experience. The sales personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find a great fit for my unique situation. During the time that I spent there, I noticed that they were very careful in making sure that every client there felt appreciated and satisfied with their choices. The doctor was especially nice. He took the time to know me and to address my concerns. I was amazed by the entire experience. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff was courteous. The selection of products are of the highest quality. I couldn’t be happier!

twice I tried to schedule an appointment with the specialist and I couldn't. the first time the attendant said she was busy and said she would call back and she didn't. after a week i called again and book the exam for the following month, after waiting for almost a month they contacted me saying that my exam was cancelled. Totally dissatisfied, they don't pay any attention to the customer.

To expensive, it's unbelievable how expensive they are. The doctor is very good

I had an excellent experience at Visionworks in Framingham. The customer service from the staff, especially Dean the Manager, was outstanding. Dean went above and beyond to ensure my kids had a great experience. With the help of the Optician, we purchased 3 pairs for my kids and 2 pairs for myself. This has been the best experience I've ever had at an eyewear store. Thank you, Dean and Visionworks in Framingham! We are customers for life!

Exam and picking glasses was great. However, I was offered an optional service, so I asked what it would cost. The employee (who had all of my insurance details) told me my insurance covered it. Nine months later they billed me for it. I don't appreciate being billed for a service which I agreed to because I was told it wouldn't cost me anything. If you don't know if insurance will cover it, that's fine, but tell me that; don't lie to me and say it will.

My Husband and I both came here recently. We both had wonderful experiences. The eye exam was quick and thorough. We picked out some frames while we waited and ordered quickly. We really appreciate that they did not overly sell to us, or persist to purchase upgrades. It was straightforward and quick. Thank you!

Dr Hairston is so nice and professional...I have anxiety and going to a new dr is hard but didn't feel anxious at all!! He explained everything step..his admin is also wonderful and helped me pick glasses. Great place!
