I chose Optical View because of customer reviews I previously read, and I am glad I did! I had such a wonderful experience. I found the perfect glasses that complement my face and eye shape. The frames are strong and hardy, bendy, and made of plastic, and I opted for the extra thin lenses, so it actually makes my eyes look closer to their original size instead of smaller which is usual. I like how I look and I like how easy it was! I also got new lenses for my prescription glasses that double as clip on sunglasses for driving! All of it was easy and straightforward and there was a huge attention to quality. One lens was not up to standard on each of the glasses and they were replaced. On top of this, I was able to bill my eye insurance for a reimbursement using an invoice.

My very frail husband fell asleep wearing his glasses and broke the frames. Fortunately he had a new identical frame. After checking on line I decicided to try Optical View based on reviews . Optical review was able to remove the lenses from the broken frame and place them in the new frame quickly and very inexpensively! THANKYOU! I would not hesitate to use them again.

The owner Karen was unbelievably helpful. She had knowledge and talked to me over the phone about possibilities and pricing so I didn't waste a trip driving there. She was really a great person who was willingness to listen in a situation that was causing me great concern after my son broke his very expensive glasses. Wish there were more people running thier business like her. 10 ⭐

While I am not always great with scheduling yearly exams, when I decided to go, Dr. Yuen was my first choice. Drive 30mins from my home for her. Very nice, but thorough doctor.

I had an eye exam there and firmly recommend yr facility.never had such a detailed exam with up to date machines. Then selecting glasses, the mger Waverly helpful and knew his field. Was pleasant to work with and listened to what I was looking for in a frame and lenses. Suggested frames that fit my face size also. Received one order and very happy with them.

My glasses were fitted very well, and the quality is excellent. I needed a repair on one lens, and BJ’s optical was very helpful, and addresses the problem fully. Thank you!

One of the worst customer services at least on the phone. The operator seems to have no patience for hearing the other side of the phone! They should be properly trained.

Dr. Bhan performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, about a month apart. She double-checked everything before setting up to use an OR in Metrowest Medical Center. She had a followup appointment with me to make sure everything was ok. She did a fantastic job. I discovered that the black circle on the opposite wall to my couch is a clock! Thank you, Dr. Bhan!

Dr. Bhan is an amazing doctor and surgeon. From the first moment you step into her office, through your surgery and follow up appointments she is there for her patients. I believe most people are apprehensive about having eye surgery but she is so understanding of people’s fears and concerns. To be able to give people back the gift of sight, in my mind, there is no greater gift. I feel so fortunate and blessed to have Dr. Bhan as my surgeon!!!
