I was helped by Jennifer who explained everything in great detail and what my options were with my insurance plan… She was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend her for anyone, but all the staff seem very nice.

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. We were there the other day for an 11:30 AM appointment. And we got there at 11:15 AM. We went inside, sat down, and none of the employees came over to us to say hi. Can we help you? So since we were there early enough, we got up and started looking at the frames for glasses. Nobody came to us at that point either and said. Is there something we can help you with? We finally left there at 20 minutes to 12. And nobody and I mean, nobody even came over to see if they could help us and mind you. Our appointment was at 11:30 AM and then 12 PM 2 appointments on the same day. And nobody came over to help us. , needless to say, we left there. And this is my review, stay away from that Walmart. The customer service really smells!

I went to the Leesburg Walmart Vision & Glasses. The Walmart in Leesburg went to virtual eye exams in the last 5 months. The tele-optometry visit was great. The test included tonometry, auto refraction, lensometry, retinal imaging, visual field testing, slit lamp examination and pupil testing. After the tests were conducted a doctor came on line through computer and discussed the test results. Worked well. The tests conducted cost $99.

This place is slower than a busy emergency room waited three hours just to get my eyes dilated, and the Doctor waited so long he had to dilated my eyes twice, he was slow and didn't speak proper English so communicating was difficult even after all that, even though they take my insurance they still charged me 45 dollars and I don't know why. Do not go to this place.

First time at RAM will NOT be my last. I cannot say enough great things about RAM Eye Care from all staff to Dr. Ramchander who has such an expertise of the eyes but also exudes a nice personality and professionalism. He truly cares about you and the health of your eyes. Very thorough! A nice office atmosphere also helped with my anxiety. For a smaller office I was pleasantly surprised at the nice selection of eyeglass frames at very reasonable prices compared to other eyeglass places I have been at. I am on a fixed income so this was important to me as I have no eyecare insurance like VSP. I am sorry cannot recall her name helped fit me with a great pair of frames for my new script and I am a hard person to fit for frames. She did not rush me and was very knowledgeable with a long education and history of fitting folks with eyeglasses with a warm and welcoming personality. Top notch all the way!!

My wife and I needed to take me in because my vision was starting to show the first signs of going blurry, and we chose this place in particular because they did not force people to wear a mask. We were in Florida visiting my parents, and couldn't get a non-mask mandate eye care doctor in my own state of Indiana. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Sheridan as our eye doctor, and not only was he quick and efficient with his work, he purposely took extra time to get to know us a little bit, which is something that is rare nowadays. Dr. Sheridan listened to us talk about how I am a Christian evangelist, and that we have a meager income based on donations we receive. After analysis of my eyes, it turned out that everything was normal (I was just getting the first stages of old man vision a little early due to all the work I do on computer screens), so nothing needed to be done or ordered, and on our way out, the secretary informed us that he did not charge us anything for our visit. I am not saying that anyone should go into this place looking to get worked on for free (because Dr. Sheridan needs to be paid for his hard work), but he showed us a great kindness and charity that is rare to see in this line of work. What that demonstrates is that he truly has a great love for his patients, and this is one of the major reasons people need to STOP giving your money to corporations, and start supporting your LOCAL physicians who actually care about you. Dr. Sheridan is a kind and charitable man, and so you can be sure that he will show great care for you and your family, and we thank him for his kindness towards us, despite the fact that we were passing strangers that he may never see again. We pray the Lord Jesus Christ would bless him and his family for his good work. **EDIT NOTE** Two weeks after I wrote this, they sent me a bill. It's alright though, I'm happy to pay them. They did a great job.

My Mom called to make sure you were open Friday morning, as she needed some work on her glasses. Office was closed. You need to put a sign out, closed for today, or update sign on door to: sometimes closed on Fridays. There was also a gentleman that needed services that walked in with a pair of glasses Update: went again for optical, and that part was closed because they were sick. My Mom told them she was coming this morning. Need to have more than one person working in optical, or start making appointments, so that the customer can be called if no one is working!!
