Horrible customer service. The website says they take my insurance, when I got in they didn’t. Fine not a problem but I broke my glasses and I’ve asked for my prescription over 12 times in the past two weeks from Jennifer who answers the phone and she always says she will send it out by end of day but never ever does. Went in person she told me to expect it in my email, never sent. Why should I beg people to work? This is pure laziness. Jennifer should get a different job, if she doesn’t like working.

Johnny was exceptional with customer service. Very polite and committed to helping people with not only their needs but also insuring that they receive every penny from their insurance. For me he made sure that every aspect of my glasses were covered. Scratch, glare, transitions, and polycarbonate lenses. He went as far to remove an additional 20% off of the cost as a result of the type of vision insurance I have! This was my first visit to Optical Outlets and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in to when I departed. They now have a very loyal customer!!

Nick Toffoli is no longer there. The replacements are nice, but clueless. They gave me a doctor that is only there on Saturdays. # weeks for a follow-up to a lens fitting. They sent me home with the wrong lenses to try...

I went the other day and there was an older lady sitting at her desk with no other costumers around. So I asked if I can approach to ask her a few questions, she screamed some other lady’s name and told me that she will answer my questions with an attitude. I told her she didn’t have to call someone else it was just a doctor appointment prices questions . So she still replied that the young lady will take care of it. Didn’t feel welcome at all at this location, extremely rude and lazy people working here , great Walmart but management screw big time with the new hires. Save some time and go to the one in Venice

Visiting Palmer Eyecare was a unexpectedly wonderful experience. Dr. Robison Collins and all the staff were really friendly, funny, and kind. I felt totally comfortable and taken care of.

I started going to dr palmers office after having horrible customer service from previous eye dr. I can honestly say the Kristen and Psy are very professional and friendly. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything to you. I will continue to come to this office for this reason.

The blonde woman working in the back was INCREDIBLY rude to me. I came in to gather some information on my vision problems through seeing an old prescription, and she began an argue with me on how it is expired, continually getting annoyed and was aggravated when I explained I simply wanted the prescription information, not refilled. I would NEVER get any help from her ever again. The dark haired woman was very nice and very helpful.

This was only my second time seeing Dr Olayanju. She was both professional and personable, explaining my test results in terms I could understand and showing me the results on the computer screen. She has earned my trust.

Dr Olayanju is very patient and explains everything she is doing and why. She has made me more aware of what is going on with my eyes. I highly recommend her.
