Horrible experience unfortunately. From the tech doing the testing forcing me to wear my dollar store 4.00 glasses for testing. I explained multiple times they weren’t real glasses, that I had never seen an eye doctor before. The Doctor arrived late, completely flip/sarcastic. Thought everything was amusing. Very rushed visit (now 4:50pm). I had a lot of questions as I was referred by my neurologist, experiencing severe eye issues. He/She didn’t answer a single question I had (didn’t ask me a single question about my vision). The glasses I was wearing kept fogging up due to wearing a mask. So their solution was to tape down the mask. The tech had alcohol on their fingers which got in my eyes as they taped. They taped my bottom eyelid and eyelashes down to my face. Both mistakes irritated my eyes for the entire eye test, they didn’t care. A waste of time and money. Not to mention I had never had an eye test done, my plan was to drive myself home lol. They didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be able to see after. I don’t drive at night and they dragged the appointment into night time. I couldn’t see in the parking garage to pay my ticket to leave the garage. I sat in the dark parking garage for an hour and a half before I could get my vision back to pay the ticket at the kiosk and be able to get out of the garage and go home. That was my first eye exam experience… Choose a different Dr in the practice!

I landed in Dr. Budoff’s office accidentally few months ago and I am a very happy patient! Every visit was professional, doctor Budoff clearly explained what was going on, quickly diagnosed my problem and scheduled my eye surgery. Every person working for Dr. Budoff was kind and understanding. Doctor saw me before the surgery and right after it. I believe he is a truly dedicated doctor. Dr. Budoff - I am great full for everything you have done for me. I wish you all the best and I wish all your future patients to be as happy as I am. I truly appreciate all your hard work and your amazing approach to your patients. I higly recommend him for retina issues. wish I could give them 10 stars!

Walked in and the place was packed, probably +30 people sitting around. I hate waiting unreasonable periods of time so I asked how long. The answer was 3 hours, 1.5 hours before I’d be seen. This is the classic practice that wants to pack as many clients to sit and wait for them so there are no down times that amount to lost earnings. Told the front desk to cancel my appointment and left. Too many sheep will wait as long as someone tells them to. Not me. Too many doctors within 15 minutes of home to do that.

I can’t say enough about how this practice has treated us so far. I am in healthcare and I have a daughter with multiple disabilities so my perspective is that of both consumer and caregiver. From the time I first called and spoke to Sharon, until my final call with the surgical coordinator Michelle, this office has bent over backwards to help me find the right care for my daughter. I had trouble getting the referral sent from the prior MD office - Sharon jumped in and made calls on our behalf. A procedure was schedule very promptly. When I had questions about the specifics of the procedure & what was included, Michelle contacted Dr. Nanda, who, deciding he could not meet my daughters needs, directly called to refer her to another practice. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they were, I have rarely encountered this degree of dedication on behalf of the patient. I am very grateful to this practice for their care!

Dr. Stroh is a superior eye doctor. Her cataract operations on both of my eyes resulted in distance vision that exceeded expectations. I am thrilled with my eyesight and am so grateful. A thousand thanks and more to Dr. Stroh!

I have found MD Falcone to be extremely thorough in her care. She explains everything in detail & takes her time during the appointment to allow for additional questions. Highly recommended!
