I’ve been going to Walmart vision center for 3 or 4 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the Optometrist is easy to talk to and very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’m not sure why these people are complaining. I’ve been to a few different eyeglass places and Walmart Vision Center has exceeded my expectations.

My husband needed surgery for a partially detached retina. We have been here for 2. 1/2 hrs and he still hadn’t seen the doctor. There is no one in the office. They told us to come immediately. Well guess what still waiting. Do not recommend!

They can’t give you detailed receipt, they tell you when you arrive that because deductible not met our appointment will have to be paid and that they estimate could cost From 800.00 dollars and up due today. They tried to make me retest everything that speacailist tested a month ago and they had all the results including pictures. But they insist that better for them if they do these test over to put in their system. These are costly test and I even had copies on me at visit so they couldn’t say they didn’t receive from other dr. Not one person could explain billing amounts the same. Place is a shame , they really don’t care about patients, lobby full of very unhappy patients, wait times way too long like hours.lots of complaining going on there about staff and drs . I won’t give them 1 star if site would of let me give a big zero

When my husband developed a detached retina, he was referred to Doctor Packer. His office staff responded quickly and efficiently as is essential with this particular eye problem. Doctor Packer explained exactly what was happening and what was needed to correct it. The surgery was performed as soon as all arrangements could be made and was totally successful. Both Doctor Packer’s professional skills and bedside manner are impeccable. He is forthright and detailed in explaining the process and its implications as well as thorough in following up. He gave both my husband and I a sense of confidence in a difficult and stressful situation. My husband’s surgery was over ten years ago. To this day he sees Doctor Packer for any concerns and still has his 20/20 vision!

Dr. Bushley is so very wonderful. Caring, kind and just wonderful. So is the ENTIRE staff. He helped me figure out what was happening with my vision. I am so thankful.

Dr. Bushley operated and treated my corneal transplants for years. He is patience, kind and listens to his patients concerns. His knowledge and skills allows me to trust him to care for my eyes.
When necessary he has seen me on Saturdays when the office is closed. Dr Bushley's care allows me to have my best vision.

I've visited Dr. Ehlers twice and both time I felt like he was very thorough and took care of my issues. I've had a lot of health issues and I wish my other doctors were as thorough. Both times were emergencies and he fit me in, so I apologize if your appointment was late because of it.

Horrible experience unfortunately. From the tech doing the testing forcing me to wear my dollar store 4.00 glasses for testing. I explained multiple times they weren’t real glasses, that I had never seen an eye doctor before. The Doctor arrived late, completely flip/sarcastic. Thought everything was amusing. Very rushed visit (now 4:50pm). I had a lot of questions as I was referred by my neurologist, experiencing severe eye issues. He/She didn’t answer a single question I had (didn’t ask me a single question about my vision). The glasses I was wearing kept fogging up due to wearing a mask. So their solution was to tape down the mask. The tech had alcohol on their fingers which got in my eyes as they taped. They taped my bottom eyelid and eyelashes down to my face. Both mistakes irritated my eyes for the entire eye test, they didn’t care. A waste of time and money. Not to mention I had never had an eye test done, my plan was to drive myself home lol. They didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be able to see after. I don’t drive at night and they dragged the appointment into night time. I couldn’t see in the parking garage to pay my ticket to leave the garage. I sat in the dark parking garage for an hour and a half before I could get my vision back to pay the ticket at the kiosk and be able to get out of the garage and go home. That was my first eye exam experience…
