Had an appointment at 10am. We waited almost two hours to see the doctor.

Scheduled an exam for 6/29/2017 at 2pm, arrived to find the building locked. Operator service tells me that they closed at 1:15. No phone call to cancel.

Apointment at 12pm. Came in at 11:45 like a goood human. After over an hour at 1:10 I was moved to a room for some initial diagnosis and moved back to a waiting area in the back. Im here with other people dealing with the same thing. 2pm is around the corner and My eye still has a metal chip in it. Unacceptable

Very friendly staff, didn't have to wait long to be seen and all my questions were answered and it didn't feel rushed like some drs offices can make u feel. I would recommend any parent to bring their child here for eye care.

Would highly recommend this practice. Everyone is so friendly, caring, respectful of your privacy. They take as much time as needed to spend with you addressing any and all concerns you may have. Also, answering any and all questions you have in a manner in which is understandable to the average person.

We loved our nurse Sarah and Dr.Gaffar! They both helped us with all the answers that we needed and his treatment. nurse Sarah is the absolute best!!! She was the only nurse out of the 5 nurses we saw (at other practices) that was able to work with my son to get him to willingly get the eye drops in to get his eyes dilated. We are so grateful for her! She also promptly wrote a very detailed note for his school. I loved the way Sarah bonded with my son, and now he actually wants to go back to the eye doctor!!

I was assisted by a great technician. The store was bright,clean, and organized. The selection was large and the prices were very reasonable. The technology made the order and checkout streamlined and painless.

Bought my frames last year and they got scratched, the warranty had not ended and I just made a phone call and they sent me new frames. No questions asked, no problem, quick service and very nice sellers. Would recommend buying frames from them, specially if you go through trouble getting new frames at your current opticians. Probably never buying prescription frames from anywhere else, love the purpose and the story behind Warby Parker too.

The experience was amazing! Once I walked in, the air was light and you felt comfortable immediately! The workers are sweet and extremely willing to help, with face shapes and lense frames for ideas, color choices, what suits you best. I mean I'm pretty indecisive, so this helped a lot! I highly recommend if you are like me and have no idea where to start! They are my #1!

You have to wait almost 2h to pickup a glasses...

I’ve been going to Walmart vision center for 3 or 4 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the Optometrist is easy to talk to and very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’m not sure why these people are complaining. I’ve been to a few different eyeglass places and Walmart Vision Center has exceeded my expectations.
