I see better with my 4 years outdated prescription. My prescription was wrong from this location. I'm seeing double vision with my contacts on and it hasn't gone away. I tried wearing them for a few days but nothing. On top of the 90$ prescription..... I wasted 80$ on contacts and they didn't work. I tried more than one pair out and they still didn't feel right. And I see way better with my 4 year old glasses. I wouldn't even trust this place for a retest.......I'm literally going somewhere else because I'm not gonna risk another 80$ worth of contact lenses because of this place.

Total rip off. Go somewhere else. I end up paying 200+ for an exam and the "cheapest" astigmatism Bausch and Lomb contacts (around $160 for contacts and $120 for the exam). I went to walmart and it ended up being around $100 with the exam and the same astigmatism contacts($20 for CONTACTS and $80 for non toric exam.) I received from here! Do your research and find a better place for yourself.

Dr. Murch was great! Would definitely recommend her! Erika in target optical was super sweet and nice! I enjoyed my visit here and definitely will be coming back! This was my second visit here and it won’t be my last! Wish there were more people like this in other establishments!

The woman who took care of us for our glasses purchase, both my husband and myself was great and very knowledgeable. She had patience and was very cheery and not all pushy. The eye doctor was good too. She advised us to get drops in our eyes and do another test because she saw possible cataracts. She said mine looked a little larger than my husbands but she needed to do the test to be able to see more clearly what was going on. So, we made an appointment to go back and take the test. Also, we ordered glasses and we will pick them up when we go to take the test. We both like our glasses. There are many nice styles to choose from, even though it is a small store inside target.

Sandra and Derrian were AMAZING! Their costumer service is always great and they made me feel very comfortable. They answered and questions I had and even made me feel remembered from the last time I came in.

just great service! I’ve been with the target van nuys optical a few years and was about to seek elsewhere as I felt the tellers were not very accommodating and rushed me. I came in with my husband looking for just the right pair with my new prescription & Steven was able to answer all my questions & ease my uncertainty with add ons, telling me what i’m exactly paying for etc..He even assisted my husband on a future purchase. He was friendly, informative & empathetic. Looking forward to coming again.

I came by the eye glass shop hoping to get my old glasses fixed and look for a new pair. Owner or worker has me current standing in the rain with the door closed/locked and she only has one patient. So rude and unpleasant I'd never spend a dime in a business like this. By the way it's been 15 mins.

Love love love this business! I was in & out literally. Picked out the frames I wanted (That I absolutely love) and was able to get my glasses the same day. And I had an outside prescription. Margie is the best.
