Saw Dr. Beltran as I was having issues with some new glasses made elsewhere. Checked my vision, asked some great questions, and came up with a new prescription. Remade glasses were amazing.

Kenneth Cohn is a wonderful ophthalmologist! Both of my parents went to see him and were very pleased with the results. He is a skillful professional with many years of experience in his field. He also obtained several awards for being one of the top ophthalmologists! In addition to all of that, he is a very pleasant and caring doctor.

Please for the sake of your eyes, do not allow Dr Cohn see you, diagnose you and don't let your primary refer you here. Dr Cohn sadly is a senile man that should not be in practice. How no one has reported him to the board yet is beyond me. I only came here because I was referred by my primary. I paid $120 dollars for Dr Cohn struggle to hear me, not register anything I said and wrote possible diagnosis on little blank business cards and told me to Google this. How unprofessional as an Optomalogist to have a patient research symptoms and take a guess what it could. I this may be harsh but it's a true experience, this doctor should not be in practice. He is probably only successful in a predominantly Latino community because they don't speak up as much others and thrre is definitely a language barrier. You've been warned.

I was there about 5 months ago. The doctor gave me a very strong glasses. The next appointment I asked why he gave me the strong glasses.and he told me to go somewhere else like farmaci and try different glasses and get the best for me. What was the point to go see the doctor? He is totally wrong about it. He is changing good money to the insurance company for nothing that is Big scam

Be sure to bring a movie. You'll wait even with a reservation. By the way, the staff / reception shrug off your problems and really don't give a damn. 1st and last visit.

Dr. Shammas is an awesome surgeon. Not only does his name carry an enormous amount of weight among his colleagues and patients alike, but he is one of the kindest persons you will have ever met, and it's clear why he runs such a successful practice.

The receptionist staff here are unwelcoming. They appear to be unhappy with there jobs. If you come in here with an HMO your screwed. They will have you wait and you will be discouraged as patients who arrived after you are attended first, regardless whether you have an appointment . Be careful if you have come in with Medicare, they will try to charge you a copay of $50.00. But, if you have both medicare and medical the copay is waived. Note: they wont ask if you have medical and insist that you pay. So be observant of this. Not all is bad here, the back office staff including the doctors are very friendly and professional. Cant say the same for the front office.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only Dr's get the 5 stars. Staff no so much. Due to them having two offices they shift the blame amonst each other. I have lost count on the constant rescheduling of my appointments and of course its due to the other office,(" I only schedule appointments, I dont have the chart yet or not sure who called you etc.....")Well, staff is nice you do uave that occasional rude person, but that's tolerable compare to all the other stuff I have been dealing with. Surgery center is great as well. I can't wait to be done with them. Hope this review helps.

The eye doctor is really nice but the receptionist is super rude. I went in to pick up my glasses because they called me yesterday saying they were ready and that he would be there from 12 pm - 5 pm. I went in today before 5 pm and he had left early and I asked the receptionist and she answered me in a really really rude way never again going there.

Bought the lenses that were supposed to last $225 for just the lense not including the frame. The lenses didn't make it to a year. The sales person even said it was not my fault that it was the lenses. However it has already been a year so there was nothing they can do. First time I ever had this problem.
