I’ve been a patient here since my teenage years, until recently I’ve never experienced this place to be such a hot mess. The office lacks communication and organization. Calling for a copy of my prescription was a challenge, when it was finally sent via email it came from a personal email account, and it was from my prior visit- the document had already expired. I decided to come in person, which would be a quick in and out visit. Unfortunately in the excitement for the staff to balance phones calls, walk ins, appointments my request continued to fall through the cracks. Immediately the priority was the next person walking in, or THAT person would then be forgotten, while the phone rang… It felt as chaotic as a busy kitchen in a diner, the constant back and forth of order calling and confirmation, the negative assurance that even though a part of an order is wrong: send it out anyway. I was handed something outside of my prescription, and told “this is the closest we have.” Beyond those issues, patient advocacy, follow up, and a genuine sense of teamwork is severely lacking here. Really hoping they get their act together and make improvements soon!

They put us on hold without saying anything, I called to ask for information and the person who answered was very pathetic.

My daughter had a incident at the laundry and she had to be rushed to the eye doctor whom check her eyes and gave her treatment. It was about 2 minutes way from the clinic and the doctor saved her eye sight from getting damaged by the Clorox that felt onto her eyes. Then we took her to the hospital which the doctor in turn said it was the best decision for us to have done. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people and the staff are very nice and quick, reason being that clinics take hours for a patient to be seeing by the doctor.

This place is big so if it's your first time there take ten extra minutes. You're going to need the extra time to find wherever you are.

The optometry dept is ok if your seeing the dr. But if your going for glasses, you have a while to wait…. Till they get off the phone, till they fix their make-up, finally when they do call they are not thorough, don’t size the glasses on your head, just make sure you pay, and give your glasses to you, and your glass cleaner kit, and… NEXT.

I came here twice to pick up prescription sunglasses for my wife. She ordered 3 pairs but 2 pairs were ready first then the last pair was ready a few days later. The service is very fast. After waiting in line for a couple minutes I was able to check in, then waited a few more for my name to be called. The bathroom is across the way by the pharmacy. Urinals and paper towels are not automatic but there is a light switch so you can turn off the lights and use the restroom. Nice lighting in the bathroom. There is an anteroom before the bathroom. One door goes to the electric room. The other to the bathroom.

I had my eye exam and Retinal Imaging done at Gratitude Vision Optometry. Dr. Min was very nice and explained everything in detail. They have a very nice selection for glasses. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the product they offer. I highly recommend.

Dr. Min and Alex are very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had my eye exam with retinal imaging, and Dr. Min explained everything in detail. She is very proficient in English and Mandarin, and she solved all my questions and concerns. She is very helpful to me in choosing suitable and comfortable lenses. I am gonna crying since my last time getting my eyeglasses experience was very bad. They also help me a lot to choose frames. I feel very confident that I can get awesome eyeglasses this time. The price is very affordable and fair. Definitely I will let my friends know there is an such good place. I will be going there if I need to change my contact lenses. Saw Dr. Beltran as I was having issues with some new glasses made elsewhere. Checked my vision, asked some great questions, and came up with a new prescription. Remade glasses were amazing.

I've been coming to Dr. Beltran since I was small. 30 years later, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I moved away from the city, but I still travel here for my appointments because it's so worth it.
