Friendly doctor and staff. Clean and quick service. They also replace pads and fix your frames for free. Reasonable prices too. Dr. Ton is gentler but Dr. Lim is also very good

Dr. Lin was very through with the eye exam. He then gave a heart felt one-on-one explanations of my current eye situation and recommended the best options me to decide. The facilities are very updated and every staffs impliments and practices Covid-19 regulations. I highly recommend Dr Lin.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience! Dr.Ton, was very friendly, through, and caring in ensuring that my prescription fit my needs, being that I’m near-sighted and also starting to need reading glasses. The best part is that they offer very affordable frames! I didn’t have to take my prescription to Walmart or other low-cost place. Their Covid protocol felt very safe.

Dr Joe and the staff are nice. I refer my neighbour there for eye exam. The service is prefect. Dr Joe can speak simple Cantonese. My neighbors also understand and communicate with him. Thank you.

20/20 Vision had been the place to go to if you want gr8 service. They were recommended to me & my kids from a good family friends & they have been the place we have continued to go to my I also now take my dad. They have a gr8 selection of glasses. One time there was some glasses my son wanted, but they didn't have it in stock & the receptionist went on line & found the ones my son wanted & she ordered them for him. Dr. Joe & the receptionist have ALWAYS been so kind & respectful. When I walk out of there, I know I'm very satisfied with the results. It's a lito ways from my home, but it's worth the drive.

I been different places for glasses and adjustments, only place I recommend is this one and Daniel makes sure you come out with comfortable glasses !.

Today I was in Walmart and I went into the eye clinic for some lens cleaner, I was greeted by a Gentleman named David Prada, He took a look at my glasses and noticed that I needed an adjustment and cleaning, He not only did a great job on my eye glasses but also did my Sunglasses as well. I would like to thank David for the kindness and care that he offered me.

The staff is excellent. It's one thing to be familiar with your product and another thing to personalize the experience. I have encountered several different staff members over the years, and every visit is more impressive than the previous one. Well-rounded group of people here. 👍🏼 …

I’ve been a patient here since my teenage years, until recently I’ve never experienced this place to be such a hot mess. The office lacks communication and organization. Calling for a copy of my prescription was a challenge, when it was finally sent via email it came from a personal email account, and it was from my prior visit- the document had already expired. I decided to come in person, which would be a quick in and out visit. Unfortunately in the excitement for the staff to balance phones calls, walk ins, appointments my request continued to fall through the cracks. Immediately the priority was the next person walking in, or THAT person would then be forgotten, while the phone rang… It felt as chaotic as a busy kitchen in a diner, the constant back and forth of order calling and confirmation, the negative assurance that even though a part of an order is wrong: send it out anyway. I was handed something outside of my prescription, and told “this is the closest we have.” Beyond those issues, patient advocacy, follow up, and a genuine sense of teamwork is severely lacking here. Really hoping they get their act together and make improvements soon!
