Grace Kehoe was absolutely phenomenal! I haven’t had a good eye exam in a while so it was refreshing to have an Eye Doc who asked the needed questions to make sure my prescription was right for me. She was the first doctor to let me know about my astigmatism change which answers my issue regarding a slight blur I see sometimes. The technician was also very warm and friendly throughout the screening process. Thank you FOCUS!

This was such a great experience, they were quick, professional. I’ve had several eye exams, this was clean, quick and very helpful to any questions I had.

I went there with my boyfriend, he got an eye exam. They have a wide variety of glasses. The staff was really friendly and they accommodate us (I also got some sunglasses that I really like). Thank you so much America’s Best. We will come back to this location next year.

I went in for an eye exam only without vision insurance, they offer excellent services for their value! Scheduling and rescheduling is very easy. I was seen early and everyone involved was extremely professional, efficient, and kind. I've never been to an America's Best but I was very impressed by my experience here with Keith, Dr. Alyssa, and Joleen. Joleen even repaired my current glasses that were hanging by a thread (literally) to keep them together until my new glasses arrive. I move around quite a bit and may continue to look for America's Best if I need another prescription update in the future.

I highly recommend this store in specific. Even though I drove for almost to hours, it was worth it. I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. The Doctor was kind, sweet and informative. The front desk ladies were friendly, kind, and really helpful. I really enjoyed being helped by all specially the Dori and Karen! I will come back next time I am due for an exam or new glasses. Below you will see how happy I am with the two pairs of glasses I got. I love them! Thank you Ladies!

I went here with my three year old daughter with a referral from her pediatrician. When I saw the reviews, I was concerned and prepared for the worst. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly. The office staff put a movie on for my daughter while we were in the waiting room and they noticed she was getting antsy while I completed paperwork. They took me into a room and the assistant was very patient and kind to my autistic daughter. Once the physician came in the experience continued to be wonderful. My daughter has limited verbal abilities and her receptive language is poor, but they took their time and were patient and caring. Full disclosure I haven’t dealt with billing yet (which seems to be where many complaints generate) and will update if my experience is negative... that said the staff and care was exceptional.

Everyone that works here is rude and miserable and they talk to the Pt's parents as if some people don't have the same exact jobs in different locations which is the funniest part. Some people know how these systems work, I called to reschedule my sons appointment and the lady offered me an appointment in January knowing that there was sooner appointments and I had to call her out about that in order for her to say " oh okay well I can offer you a day in October" why is it that someone has to call you out on your B.S in order to get the proper response? 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND remember parents you are your Childs voice! Don't let these people play in your face !

After my local eye care Doctor recommended that I take my 2-year-old son to this specialist, there was a pretty long wait time to get an appointment scheduled. I'm trying to avoid using names, but a female Doctor who looked at my son gave us the impression that he is VERY Far-Sighted and needed a strong positive prescription. I bought the frames & lens for a +8.00 for a 2-year-old. As any 2 year old acts when he gets anything new, he was very excited and tried walking around the house, kept bumping into objects, and would take the glasses off immediately.
At our return appointment, the same Doctor SCOLDED me for not forcing him to wear the glasses continuously so he could "get used" to them. After putting the glasses on and giving my son a smart shape game on the phone, I proceeded to show her that he would have to look at things even closer just to see them.
She then took the glasses to have them "tested" and return to tell me "I'm very sorry, these are the completely wrong prescription. Your son needs a -8.00 prescription lens because he is very Near-Sighted."
Something wasn't adding up, because, on the 1st appointment, he was Far-Sighted, now he's Near-Sighted?
It's been 2 weeks since that appointment, we have still yet to receive his new lens' (they tell all customers the usual is 1 week, which is how long it took for the 1st pair), so this can't seem like a very important matter to them because if it was, I'm sure we could have gotten them within the following 2 business days.
All this after being told that I'm not doing my job as a parent for not forcing my 2 year old to wear glasses, which probably gives him migraines and is hindering his learning.
If your pediatrician recommends seeing a specialist, go somewhere else.

Make sure you do not go here for anything that is NOT routine. They will tell you to have your eye socket removed. We went to Boston and they performed cornea transplant easily. Not sure how they still have a 4 star rating. Let’s not even talk about wait times. There’s many options. Shop around!

The 2 stars is purely on the wait time they make you go trough every time. The place has a weird process where they call you in two times. Every time there is a wait. Make sure you put aside 2-3 hours for the appointment because they will take that much time. I hope they look at their process and improve it or don’t take in so many appointments that they get backed up. Remember patients have lives too !

I have been closely monitored for glaucoma for years and have been very satisfied with all aspects of the practice except for the ridiculously long waiting. I am pleased that the practice is very successful but it comes at the expense which is quite valuable to me as I am not retired and I have a business to run. While she listened patiently the position of the practice manager was that's the way it is, emergencies arise, doctors spend quality time with patients, etc. Bottom line is they overbook to prevent POSSIBLE down time due to no-shows. Not my problem. Despite going there for about 15 years and referring dozens of my clients to CO, I am ambivalent about future appointments. I will never resign to waiting more than 30 minutes unless I can bill for my time.
