Beat eye doctor in town. She has the most up to date equipment. Gives a thorough and comprehensive eye exam and explains everything well. She is very reassuring. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgable. My whole family goes to her and will not go anywhere else.

Have been coming to Dr Helen for years now. She is simply excellent and kind and a professional with a heart. I would not hesitate to go see her! She cares deeply.

extremely reliable vet. called and got an appointment the next day. vet quickly prescribed all the necessary meds and shared positive feedback about my dog. prices are steep for an ophthalmologist but the care I received was worth it with insurance.

The staff and doctor could not have been more kind and compassionate. My little girl had her eye surgery and has fully recovered. She is back to her active, happy self.

it's all about money not your pet, Do not go to this place all though!!!!! The staff is very rude, and just not attentive to customers who pay lots of money for their babies to be seen. I run multiple large scale businesses and my key to success has been very simple customer service specially when it comes to the sick or dying. Stay way.!!!!!!! My dog had surgery a year ago and I paid $8000, after a year they diagnosed That the lens implant in his left eye has become displaced out of the lens capsule. The doctor accused us of this and did not take responsibility for an operation she performed a year ago and asked us to pay another $4000!!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of our great love for the dog and every visit to the clinic just asking for money and lots of money

Perfect experience. First I went in with a broken pair of glasses that couldn't be fixed - then I came back with my prescription to get a new pair. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with, and the selection was fantastic, and prices were great! Super happy with my experience.

I have loved Warby from when they opened so naturally I came here to get a new pair and the service I got from Eido and Alex was absolutely impeccable. They were so helpful and worked with me to make sure I got the best glasses and the best deal. Thank you so so much guys. The staff is great and the office is in a perfect location on Ventura Blvd. The doctor is awesome, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable when explaining things to you. They go the extra mile to care for your eye health, and I left my appointment feeling confident and informed. I've already recommended this place to a friend!
