Glad to have a new Optometrist in Los Angeles in Sloane Optometry, and can not recommend them higher! Spotless office space, state of the art exam equipment, super friendly and accommodating staff—Brenda found great contact pricing. Also, Dr. Sloane went over and above fitting a new contact prescription. Thank you Dr. Sloane and crew!

Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Dr. Ferrucci is knowledgeable and personable. While I don’t yet wear glasses, there are tons from which to choose. It’s definitely a pleasure visiting their office.

I unfortunately had one of the worst experiences of my life at this eye doctor with the front desk. I initially called in September because I was having issues with my vision blurring at night and it was making it difficult to drive. I called thinking the office would empathize and have some advice on what to do and they acted like they didn't care at all. They told I would have to wait about three weeks to get me in... I was upset of course but I just went with it because I wasn't trying to be difficult. I finally made it to my appointment and the front desk staff was again very apathetic and sounded so bothered just by me trying to check in. Once I met with Dr. F all was fine, but we scheduled a follow up appointment to see how my trial went. Fast forward to today when that appointment was supposed to be, I ended up having to go to the emergency room and had to reschedule, the front desk said that they didn't have anything for another week and a half (which didn't work anyways). They said they didn't have anything else available for weeks, this is where it escalated... I talked to Crystal who gave me the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. I expressed that I was surprised that the doctor didn't have any room to try to squeeze me in anywhere because of my vision issue and that it wasn't a full appointment, so it would be quick and she immediately responded in a condescending tone, saying "oh so you want me to call everyone and move their schedule around for you". I was shocked that she responded to my general frustration being so passive aggressive. I explained that's not what I said at all and she continued to mock my voice. She repeated what I said in a condescending tone being immature about it and told me that if I had a problem with it then "you could find another doctor". Crystal expressed that I shouldn't be surprised that it's so difficult to get in with the doctor because she said, quote "It takes weeks for me to get in with my gynecologist, what do you expect". I was utterly shocked that Crystal had no shame in her unprofessionalism. I complained to my insurance and thankfully was able to get the exam waived and already have an appointment to see a new doctor. While today's incident was the most direct conversation, the front desk has not been accommodating since I started with Dr. F. The two at the desk here have always sounded so angry, every time I've spoke with them and I'm honestly relieved that I found another option to pursue. Nobody deserves to be treated like this when they just want basic healthcare to help them in their time of need. Overall, it is a major issue if your doctor does not have time to help care for you. While I understand schedules can be tight, the fact that this place has a 5-10 person wait list daily shows how much they've overbooked Dr. F, which is not fair to the patients.

Can an eye exam really be THAT phenomenal? I mean, it's an EYE EXAM ... well... it sure can at this place! I went here for the first time today - staff is SUPER friendly and top-notch ... Dr. Ferrucci?? As professional and amazing as they get! She explained everything in detail about my ocular heath (she asked a ton of questions related to my eye health habits, which was a great sign), recommended actions I could take to better care for my eyes, answered my zillion questions, listened to my stories about how I used to be utterly careless with my contacts when I was younger - and didn't judge me once, hehe. Not for one minute did I ever feel rushed...So glad I found this place and have a feeling I have found my lifetime optometrist!!!

Quick service, everyone was wonderful, and my lenses were made and available to pick up the same afternoon. Gina is wonderful. Will be returning to this optometrist in the future.

Got an appointment the same day! So easy. 5 machines to check your eye health and then Dr. Radzinsky checks your vision. She was thorough and so nice. Don’t be afraid to go to LensCrafters- a private optometrist - Rad Optometric Care checks your eyes.

Just got back from my appointment. I was a little worried going in because of some of the negative reviews but honestly the office is AMAZING! I guess some people can’t be pleased? I was early and was seen as soon as I came in. ALL of the staff and the doctor were SO NICE and professional! And i felt taken care of the whole time. The office was clean, perfectly sized and yeah. I don’t know what more you could ask for. Happy to call this my eye place going forward! They worked with me to figure out my prescription for contacts and glasses and were trying to find a solution that worked for my job and lifestyle. I love them. I came to write this review because I almost didn’t choose them and I wanted to make my experience known. The perfect eye place AND they were affordable and didn’t try to upsell me on things. Love this place

I've been going to City Eyes Optometry for about 6 or 7 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the friendly and courteous front desk staff to the optometrists, all a delight to deal with. Last week I had my annual exam and again I left very happy. Never had a problem with insurance or any other issue. Over the years I had small repairs done (for free!), had bought a very low priced replacement frame (I tend to sit on my glasses), and gotten great advice on my own personal visual life time strategy.
