I waited to review Dr. Wyse until both my cataract surgeries were complete. Dr. Wyse is the super star of eye care. Everything she does goes smoothly, and now I can see 20-20. Before, I had a 13-plus prescription in my good eye and the other could no longer be corrected with glasses. She's incredibly gentle and helps you decide whether cataract surgery is right for you but never pushes. She's a pro. She does 1500 of these a year. Since she was valedictorian of her class, it's really not surprising that everything she does is A-Plus Plus. I felt extremely well-cared for. Everything was explained to me in perfect detail. They use a lighter version of the drug used for colonoscopies, so the 15 minute procedure seems to take 30 seconds. It's a brand new world out there now. Everything is bright and colorful and I can see the falcon in all its glorious detail swooping by my window, or the bumblebee on a branch far above me. It's a miracle of science and she's the best possible doctor to take it on. She acts as though her whole practice is focused on you, and she makes you feel like she's your good friend.

Dr. Tamara Wyse is an excellent Optgalmologist. She and her staff are professional in their care of the patients. The cataract surgery staff was considerate and available to assist or answer any concerns. Follow up is thorough and comforting to know Dr. Wyse is still available for questions.

Her office is efficiently, run and her staff treats every patient in both a professional and friendly manner. But, it is Dr. Wyse’s exceptional skill, advanced training, and always attentive care that are the highlights.

Svetlana has been our family optometrist for years (need for glasses is a family thing here). She is super attentive and helpful, very good at working with children and teenagers. She helped my children with their first glasses and then on to trying on their first contact lenses. Svetlana’s responsiveness eliminates the hassle often connected with eye exams and glasses

I waited one full year to get a workable contact lens after paying thousands of dollars out of pocket. Dr. Eiden has no bedside manners! At one point, he threw up his hands and said something like “I don’t know what else to do.” I was told he since retired which is a downright lie! Dr. Tran was great, and I finally got my contact lenses with prism to correct for my double vision!

AWFUL! My wife, myself and our two children all came in for exams. I hadn’t had one in 20 years, my wife in 2 and my kids never. My kids and I all left with “corrective lenses” prescribed and ordered. Came to pick them up. We tried them on while there without any improvement AT ALL and were told they needed to be worn in order to get used to them. We did. They never improved. At work I could not wear them as sentences on pages were wavy. Let me just say this…we returned several times. Re-examined, and we’re given a royal brush off. My $800 SwissFlex frames with progressive lenses with all the bells and whistles, along with my kids glasses are still in the same desk drawer I put them in after I left their office the last time, and have never been warn. My kids never required glasses upon examination elsewhere. My best advice based on our experience is avoid this place at all costs. Period

I have been there for exams. I set up an appointment just to be fitted for contacts. I tried a few samples that didn’t work. After I was advised they didn’t have all the samples in stock that I needed to try, I said I was uncomfortable about the appointment and paying for it since they didn’t have the samples. The ophthalmologist said they would order more samples and call me. She said it was great my carrier would pay for it! I was charged $60 dollars before I left and I won’t be able to schedule elsewhere since I used the benefit. They never ordered the samples and called me. A waste of time, money and benefits I can’t get back this year. Would give zero stars if possible.

Our entire family has been going to Chen Family EyeCare for 2 years. We got to know Mr. and Mrs. Chen practice from a referral from our close friend. We have always been welcomed like into a home and treated with high professionalism and care. We value the experience and family atmosphere. My 6 years old daughter just loves coming here and loves her glasses so much.

Love this place! Dr. Chen is so nice and helpful - she took the time to explain various parts of the exam & results to me so I understood completely. Aixa also helped me pick a great new pair of eyeglasses. You can tell they really care about their patients and want the best! So lucky I found this place!
