Have used JC Penney Optical for years and have always had a great experience. Tried another place once but will never go elsewhere again. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. You are never rushed. Sue has the patience of a saint when helping you pick out glasses. And Dr. Kozza is the best. Thank you to everyone on in that office that makes for a wonderful experience.

The doctor adjusted my prescription based on his opinion of what other optometrist had done to account for my astigmatism. He had stated this after the exam, but I didn’t realize it would have such a significant affect on my eyeglass order. After receiving my glasses, I immediately noticed how blurry my vision was, but thought I’d give it some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Having worn the glasses for a while, I know that his “adjustment” to my prescription has wrong. I attempted to retrieve my prescription information from the optometrist’s assistant. When there was a problem providing the contect prescription, I explained my dislike for the eyeglass prescription I received. Then I was given the thrid degree, asking why I didn’t come back and see the doctor. I have plenty of reasons why I can’t make it in to see the doctor.... but primarily... I’M NOT GOING TO WASTE ANYMORE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! The entire interaction with this location has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with an optometrist and staff. If you, the customer, want to be judged, belittled, and given attitude... then this is the place for you. The only reason I gave this site a chance was due to convenience... and it has turned out to be nothing but a perfect example of poor customer service.

I have NOT had a great experience - I am SO confused.....why won't the Dr listen to me - I NEED to SEE! My last prescription was higher and I could see - but needed adjusted - this Dr gave me a lesser prescription....and ...I CAN'T SEE! So upset. (major waste of MY time) - I can't see my computer....can't see the traffic signs...this makes NO sense to me. :( paid for the exam - so really can't afford to pay for another somewhere else? SO VERY UNHAPPY with my experience at JCP Optical. However, I must say that the girls working there have been very patient with me as I am getting more and more aggravated each time.

I visited the Monaca store last night at 6 pm and felt my service of picking out frames & ordering process was simple and easy with great questions to determine my necessity and needs. The store was busy and with only one worker however he was able to accommodate every customer with quality care. My wait was a little longer than I wanted it to be, however the care and services were great & above my expectations. I found several frames I liked. the frames & glasses I ended choosing and ordered was seen at another eye office but saved $75 with Visionworks. highly recommend

I took my 2 grandsons for their yearly eye exam and was impressed with the staff at Visionworks. They could not have treated us better. They have friendly efficient service and took time to help the boys with every part of there exam experience. Definitely can recommend ti every one.

The receptionist was nice as was the optometrist. I accidentally arrived early for my appointment but they fit me in which I greatly appreciate. I wasn't a fan of having to relay personal information in front of other customers. I also just noticed I was charged twice for $175 after my visit today, so I have to go back tomorrow to have them reverse one of the charges.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Rodriguez! I went in for an issue, that turned out to be more complicated than I would've imagined. The treatment was exceptional! Follow up care also exceptional. Truly grateful to this doctor for the care he has treated me with! Thank you Dr. Rodriguez!

Exceptional service!!! The optometrist was absolutely amazing! Everyone is very nice and helpful! They have a high quality selection of frames too, and the new thinner lenses are quite appealing. I drive about a half of an hour out of my way to go to the office in Seven Fields - WORTH IT!

Friendly staff and they were able to get the exact contact lenses I needed for each eye, which took some time. They were very patient and didn't rush me or give up until I was 100% satisfied.
