I just completed my very positive cataract surgery experience with Dr. Witherell at the Glen Mills, PA, location. His office is located in the same building as the Surgery Center in the Brinton Lake location. Dr. Witherell has a warm, friendly bedside manner and took the time to answer all of my questions pre and post surgery for both of my eyes. The office personnel are very personable and efficient. I have had a positive experience throughout this past several weeks. The staff in the Surgery Center was also very friendly, caring and professional and I had a very positive, painfree experience there. If you are considering cataract surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Witherell. My vision is much improved and I'm very pleased with my outcome.

I am a long time patient at the Media office and really like the doctors but the office staff are rude and ignorant to patients. I made an appointment I thought at the Media office today- at least that’s where I thought the appointment was- I got there 15 minutes early and was told my appointment was at Crozer- the receptionist was nice and said she would call Crozer to let them know I’d be a little late- I drove there and was really only 10 minutes late but that receptionist was alone answering phones and being snippy to the 2 people in front of me so said I was 15 minutes late. She said the dr was booked and refused to see me. I live 40 minutes away. I will never go here again- there are lots of choices in health care and You are losing lots of good customers!

Dr. Billbrough did my cataracts this past spring.. So far so good.. Did my husband's over 13 years ago.. He has no eye problem.. And, he wore coke bottle glasses for years.. I would highly recommend her.. Besides, she makes me laugh.

Dr Marguerite Billbrough is a Briilant Optamalogist and putting your eyes in her best interest.wishing i chose her to do my cataract replacment lenses first. Dr is very patient friendly and easies your fears!! As well as her staff friendly & Happy atmosphere. It was a pleasant expereance TY

I love it there! All the doctor's are great and very thorough. I highly recommend.

The answering service is always on. Lunch break from noon till 1pm, 2:30 still on service. Happens ALL the time ! Very unprofessional. Grateful insurance is changing so we don’t need to be bothered 😕 …

I have been with this organization for a very long time. They overcharge for their contact lens services, so you are better off getting your contact lenses and fitting somewhere else. However, you can trust these ophthalmologists to give you a through eye exam. Staff is ever changing .Answering machine is always on when I call.

My appointment was as smooth as one could ask for! Wait time was under 5minutes. The staff was professional, friendly and very efficient. The young lady in the optics area where I went to fill my prescription was the best! Friendly, funny and just a joy. Not to forget professional, she explained all the nuances of my insurance coverage. Cheers!!

Easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Check-in smooth,; was seen within 5 minutes of arriving; thorough (annual) examination; clarity on all results from pleasant assistants and Dr. Jahnle. Great group of providers. Only problem was finding parking in a very full garage. Hope Riddles' construction moves along more quicky.
