Dr Jahnle and his staff were very friendly and professional. I had my first cataract surgery done. Dr Jahnle and his staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly both before and after surgery. Hoping for just as good results with my second eye surgery.

Avoid this place at all costs! Dr did my moms cataract surgery and when she went back for her follow up appointment complaining her eye sight in right eye was not as good as her left the drs response was “well at least you got one good eye”. Follow up appointments were repeats of previous appointments indicating trying to rip her and the insurance companies off. Dr is sarcastic and rude at times and has her assistant doing things throughout the appointment that she herself should be doing. Bottom line…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Staff is professional and caring. I had 2 cataract surgeries within 2 weeks. I haven’t seen this well since I was a kid!!! I could tell how much my vision improved when I was wheeled out of the operating room. Dr. Billbrough is amazing. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment.

A dream come true. After having poor sight all my life, I then developed a cataract which made me essentially "night blind" in my right eye. I now can see with nearly perfect vision without the aid of glasses or "readers" or a contact in the other eye. The procedure and recovery was easy.

Dr Williams is the best. Great doctor with a great staff.

My 85 year old mother in law had a 1:30 appt. We arrived around 1pm and she finally saw Dr Pro at 4pm. While waiting in the waiting area for 2.5hrs I observed the front desk staff watching tv. I suggested maybe calling to let patients know they’re running 2.5 hours behind before they get here and have to wait in the warm lobby. (They pretty much laughed… “We don’t do that”.). The waiting area was so full there were no seats. When she finally saw Dr Pro we expressed concern about the extremely long wait times and he very rudely said “Look, I can see you now or you can come back”. I’m shocked he wasn’t more empathetic after someone waited so long to see him. I would have been embarrassed if that was my office. ‼️ HIGHLY SUGGEST SCHEDULING THE VERY 1ST APPT OF THE DAY, or CALLING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ON TIME. Very inconsiderate of Dr Pro to leave senior patients waiting so long. If the back office staff had a more efficient front office staff we could have possibly had a more positive experience.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Went there for my annual eye examination which is covered by insurance. However, they decide to bill in such a way for a refraction that is NOT covered by my insurance (although it could be but it was how they designated it in their system). Nor did they ask me or indicate any part of the visit wasn't part of the annual eye examination. Called to sort it out, they said they'd send it to the doctor for review and I'd hear back. Never heard a word back and just received another bill in the mail. Concerning billing practices to take money from the patient AND awful customer service for follow up. Not coming back.

Awesome Doctor's Practice! I have been a patient for 20 years, the last 8 with Dr. Dale. I love the professional and compasionate doctor and the staff who treat my Glaucoma.

Dr Schrack and the entire team are just wonderful! From a warm greeting when you walk in, to the initial tests, to the exam with the Dr, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was super nice (even late on a Friday when I am sure they were looking forward to the weekend), and everything was explained clearly at every step of the way so that I understood what was going on. I can't speak highly enough of this team that clearly really cares about their patients.

Dr. Z and staff are wonderful! My family and I have been seeing him for several years now and it’s been great. Everyone we interacted with had excellent communication, were patient with questions, and were very friendly. The new office on State Street has a very convenient parking lot right across the street, too!
