Great staff. Took my grandmother same day I called for first time. Doctor was very patient and allowed me to translate to my grandmother who only speaks Gujarati. Great office, will definitely bring her here for future appts!

If you use insurance to cover your roution eye exam. Please don't go to this place. I was scheduled for routine eye exam and the provider knows well. But instead providing the correct code to the insurance claim, they filed as non-routine medical service. The service I received was the same basic routine service with eye glass prescription, no medical notes and no treatment of any eye condition warranted. I contact the provider’s billing department and they are rude and insist that it was not a routine exam. I even tried talked to Dr. Altemus. But she just to be evasive and said it’s the billing department to decide. The insurance attempted to call the provider to address the claim but did not get answer. Just be aware the fraudulent charge.

I feel bad leaving only 2 stars because the front desk was friendly & I liked Dr. Coates, however the woman who takes you back for appointment is so incredibly rude & condescending she ruined my entire experience. If it was just one time, I would overlook it, because everyone has bad days, but it has been 3 different occasions of this particular person being so rude, it was uncomfortable. Her attitude is rancid & she definitely should NOT be working with patients. Won't be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr Coats for years. I would never trust any other! Dr Coats and his staff are always about the patient and their wellbeing and making sure their visit in the office is on point. Thank you Ophthalmic Associates Doctors and staff!

Dr. Suscavage is awesome. However, staffs in the glass store are super mean and rude. Last experience was the saleswoman promised my wife that she will make sure to adjust her frame. She didn't and when we reminded her, she denied. She called another woman then both were started behaving rudely. We are not going back.

Very friendly staff, and Doctor. I did not wait at all to be seen and I was treated very well. The doctor listened to my concerns and the woman who helped me pick glasses helped me stay within my budget. Great experience, and would highly recommend it!

Met Dr. Grover yesterday for the 1st time. I highly recommend him. He was kind, professional and his expertise was what I was looking for. Great office and staff. Thank you Melissa as well for also for making me feel so comfortable.

As a new patient my first experience of excellence was the appointment scheduling. From this period on everyone was super nice. It was very refreshing. And a great first visit.

From the first phone call to the see you in 6 weeks, this doctor visit was extraordinary. Very pleasant and helpful office personnel. Knowledgeable and efficient technicians. And the doctor listened, carefully examined, questioned, and listened again. Eye problems are not comfortable or pleasant. This practice is excellent.
