I've been going to this location for 2 yrs, they are always friendly and professional. Exam rooms are always clean and with the new guidelines, they are going above & beyond with cleanliness. I recently had an eye exam and ordered new glasses, I felt no pressure to purchase and was assured I can try on as many as I want until I found what worked. I found a really cute pair for only $88. While I'm waiting for my new glasses and contacts to come in my last pair of contacts ripped and I was worried I'd have to wear my old beat up glasses, I took a chance and called them & they set me up with the trial pair (that would've came with my eye exam initially if I had wanted to try a new brand). I have tried a few other places & always felt rushed, had my eyes under or over corrected or just felt that customer service was rude. I will continue to go to this location as long as the team they have is helping ppl there.

I understand mot.greeting every Customer when they walk in. What I do NOT AGREE WITH... Is while i am checking out NOT ONE WORD out of the cashier's mouth. Not a Hi how are ya? Did you find everything okay. Like he barely wanted to hand me my receipt. NO NAE TAG but wore a grey shirt. Hmmmm if that is how managers act here I don't even want to say anything. Vome.on Walgreens you NEED to do Better!!

On November 23 2023 we got a propane exchange from the store on that day we notice the tank was defective today we went to the store to get a new tank but since we did not got a reciept they denied it but then the manager approved it we got another tank that was also defective tank appears full but nothing comes out and the store the manager said he cant do anything about to call corporate nothing was resolved either we dont got the reciept but i have the bank transaction on my account online and what am i suppossed to do with a deffective tank becouse they did not took it back i lost 25 dollars and had to deal with a very rude gentleman who treat me and my mother like we were criminals last time i am shooping on this Walgreens

Sadly this CVS pharmacy planning and scheduling is questionable. We scheduled for the vaccine twice and both times couldn't get it. First time was on Nov 25th and they claim they had a power outage and vaccine weren't good anymore. Fair enough, got another appointment for Dec 3rd and then they said they ran out. Both times they contacted us when it's 30 minutes before. Why they even allow us to schedule? Come on guys, have better planning.

Shorted me on my diabetes meds then won't let me refill them, also never has both perceptions when I go to pick them up. Worst CVS in NE Ohio. Will be getting my stuff transfered to another pharmacy. You are a joke.

Almost everytime I go here to pick up my photos there is a issue they either can't find my photos or they look terrible the older associate behind the counter I feel bad for her she has to much responsibility and can't keep up if you guys can't handle simply developing a photo you need to do away with the service

This store looks like it’s going out of business. Nothing is in the right place. The items that are in the right place have the wrong price posted. All the employees just stand around and are very rude when you ask for help. It seems like they keep terrible employees and get rid of the good ones. The store needs an entirely new staff, from the GM down.
