My father was a patient of hers. He went in with procedure to have his cataracts done. During the procedure doctors said oh shoot. 10-second procedure my dad was blind after that his I turned grey and died he ended up with a glass I do not use this doctor she is incompetent. Still ,blind

I love Dr Markakis, him and his staff makes you very comfortable when you are there.

Staffs are friendly and professional, the after sale service is great, the cost is reasonable and staffs work hard to get the most benefit out of the insurance for customer. And most importantly they don't push customer to buy. Our family has been their customer for three years already and we enjoyed a great time every time we paid the visit.

Overall experience was good. Problem is I did not get my trial pair of contacts because you didn’t have my prescription in stock. It is now going on a week and I still don’t have them. They should have expedited them and I should have had them within a couple of days. Not acceptable in my opinion.

I asked for a pair of their brand bi-weekly trial lenses to compare to my Acuvue Oasis. I had the lenses for one day and one fell out. I asked for a replacement and they gave me monthly lenses (which are totally different then bi-weeklies) and the office refused to order another trial in their brand. Not only that but they were completely rude about the situation and basically told me to kick rocks. Needles to say, I will not be returning and neither will any of my family members. Off to Costco eye care we go.

Dr. Gonzalez is very nice and takes time to check your vision and make sure your eyes are healthy!
