Always a great experience at Maltavista! The staff and Dr. Halpin are always very welcome and professional. Dr. Halpin is very sweet and my husband and I both appreciate how she takes the time to explain everything, while paying close attention to overall eye health. Highly recommend!

Purchased a beautiful baby corn snake for Black Friday. Because she's been there so long and returned in the past, they gave me an additional discount!

Stopped in for insects for our reptiles, several containers with more dead than alive. I attempted to ask the staff member putting said containers on the shelf, this "Debbie Downer" (long dyed red pony) didnt want to be bothered giving complaints of her own instead of some basic customer service . turned and left.

The female who helped me was just great: patient, knowledgeable and kind; also, the man at the check out was helpful and I enjoyed his sense of humor.

Went there about a year ago. It took almost two months and three calls to get an appointment. Then had to go in for a follow up appointment which they didn't understand why I was there. The cost of contacts were significantly more than my old doctor. I will say though the doctors prescription was accurate.

Had a Very Good Experience at Agape. Had an issue with some lenses and thought there was not much Agape could do. Some chipping that was a tough call but they stood behind their product and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I thought there would be a cost involved but surprisingly there was not. They truly made me a Happy Customer. It’s Rare that a company takes such personal pride in their product and Service. Thank you Agape for a very Refreshing customer experience .

Show up 10 minutes early, wait over half an hour past your appointment time that you had to wait a month for. Used to be better. Update: No mention of a delay during my extended wait, zero communication whatsoever.

I went here for a check up of my eyes. Dr. Krouner approached me as an eye glass salesman. He said to me: If I could make you see better than you do with your glasses, would you change your glasses. !!!!! who wouldn't want to see better no matter what glasses ????? He didn't explain anything to me about my vision - good or bad - or what he saw with the tests he took. I paid a $40 co-payment on the spot then got billed for another $60.47. He total charge: $165.00 !!! WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK THERE.
