Great Doc that is friendly and informs me on how my vision is going.

Maria & Marianne are the best at Eyellusion Vision Center! They are both very attentive, kind, helpful and respectful. The variety of the glasses is big and colorful. You won’t regret your visit, I recommended all my family and friends. Thanks ladies!

Super friendly and personable staff, Mariana and Dr.Lim are phenomenal and very patient and thorough. I came back this year for new glasses after 2 years and I was pleased to hear they remember my face. I was nervous about going for the first time without any insurance, but everything (vision exam, contact trial, buying lenses/frames) came out to a reasonable total which was then discounted due to my lack of insurance. Overall good staff, good prices, good selection of glasses; easily a 5 star place.

The Philippine lady is very professional & polite. She was helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable & explain thoroughly. She was courteous & make you comfortable. I will go anytime & recommend her to my friends & relatives. The Philippine gentleman (manager or owner) was quite pushy & has chip on his shoulder. I felt little rude when he started talking. He was quite demeaning & was little impatient. He was not happy that he couldn’t get what he wished me buying frames from him.

My wife & I needed new glasses and frames. We’ve been to this LensCrafters before, we were both happy with what resulted then, so we went back again. And we’re still happy. We were helped by a bunch of staff, including Erika (who I believe is the manager of this location), and they all took care of our needs, our problems, our questions. They were all very busy (hey, you can’t get upset if there are other customers ahead of you), but we certainly weren’t ignored. Erika, in particular, spent a good deal of time and effort with us. But they were all helpful, pleasant, and above all, professional. As a customer, you will never go wrong when the staff has those 3 traits. Thanks to you all for making us feel like part of the family.

Customer service was so great, they solved my issues in less than 10 minutes. I was literally having a mini heart attack and she saved my life. Ask for Margaret , super friendly and engaging.

I wrote a review on yelp over 4 years ago and had an amazing experience at this location. Now 2023 and the staff has kept that same great service and great energy. Big shout out to Margaret and Latiek for offering exceptional customer service and squeezing me in for an appointment to get my contacts in the nick of time for my bday trip. You guys are great!! See you next year.

It’s been too long. I queued for two hours and saw a doctor for five minutes.

The place is beautiful and clean, with a rich selection. Dr. Nadezhda is MUCH MUCH MORE THAN AMAZING!, I never had a good experience with any Eye Dr. before, but Dr. Nadezhda was awesome to the max… I loved my visit there, and I’ll definitely be back with her for all my eye needs. Thank you very much Dr. Nadezhda! And to all eye patients, if you need a Dr. who is really caring about your wellness, with lots of knowledge, and patience on top, then go ONLY to Dr. Nadezhda. Your happiness is guaranteed!

Dr Phan examined me carefully and provided me with great service for my eye care. High quality and professionalism, she is also very friendly and patient and takes her time to explain to me the risks I had due to other problems such as high blood pressure and diabetes. The staff is very attentive, they treated me with great courtesy and are knowledgeable about the latest advances and materials available to make the best lenses with the latest technology available on the market, a wide variety of frames for all budgets. I highly recommend it.
