I came to the clinic on a recommendation — and I have never regretted it. I had my vision checked by optometrist Dmytro. I really liked the procedure itself: everything was detailed, calm, and professional. Dmytro is an attentive, pleasant-to-talk specialist who explains each stage and creates a sense of confidence and comfort. It was easy, without tension, with a full understanding of what was happening. The doctor also left a pleasant impression — the consultation was clear and professional. I am sincerely glad that I came to this clinic. As soon as I find a period when I can allocate a month for recovery, I will definitely come back here for laser vision correction.

This is a very good clinic. The doctors is great, explains everything as he goes. Also has a good sense of humor to make the whole situation more relaxed and less awkward. And the rest of the staff is kind and polite. Definitely would recommend!!!

First I want to thank you I came to you with my left eye nearly blind & here I am today I can see everything most important I can read so thank you from my old heart. I want to thank the whole team for doing an excellent job. Second I have some comments if you adopt some of them I am sure you will reach international standards The toilets is spotless clean well done. The place lacks a unifying concept you are located in the most beautiful city so show it! The uniform of every body should reflect this I suggest a Ukrainian design which also be used for both ladies & men this Ukrainian concept should include everything from the music played to the accessories wore by the team. Vyshyvanka will be perfect. The level of English is modest so I suggest that the administration should encourage part of the team to develop soon Ukraine will be victories & I am sure you can compete internationally you are not less than Turkey! Please do not give patients this horrible toast with unknown dry meat it is damaging your work & concept ,some patients could be vegetarians a cheese sandwich wrapped in a nice way will be perfect! The choice of videos should also contributed to your Ukrainian concept I do not think that your patients appreciate this detailed medical short films! It is a bit scary! Good afternoon. I had laser vision correction using the Lasik method on 05/01/2026. I am still very satisfied with the result. The "WOW" effect at first sight. Thank you for the excellent service, professionals in their field. Especially to Vasiltsov Igor Anatolyevich, who performed the operation to restore my vision perfectly. He commented on every step. I wish the clinic only prosperity. I underwent diagnostics today (06/05) after laser vision correction, everything was at the highest level. They gave further recommendations. I have been seeing Dr Allison for 10 years now and visiting the office is like visiting an extended family. I have entrusted the care of my eyes to Dr. Allison. In fact, she attends to my entire family and others whom I have recommended. The new office is spacious and accommodating and staff is thorough. There is even parking adjacent to the building, and a few paces to the front door.

Dr. Allison lacks compassion and is condescending. She does not recognize the importance of meeting her patients needs in a timely manner and dismisses their concerns. Do yourself a favor and find a different ophthalmologist.

Very friendly staff, comfortable environment. Dr. Allison is very thorough & patient. She takes her time to fully go through everything with you, so you'll understand where things are at with your eye health. She is honest & tells you exactly how things are.
