Great and professional service. I recommend Ocular

Awful customer service. Wait time of 60+ minutes after the appointment time. Unreasonably expensive. They charge you full price and (clearly unlawfully) force you to sign an informed consent form before even seeing a doctor! Nurses are openly arguing between themselves, like, cursing each other. The worst ophthalmology clinic in Kyiv I’ve visited. Would not recommend. P.S. I truly wonder why the score is that high.

Great experience at this clinic. Professionalism of the doctors is top class this was proven when in my pre op appointment for LASIK they discovered I had partial retina detachment which was missed by multiple doctors in the UK!. They quickly fitted me in to have photocoagulation to repair this! 2 weeks after I under went 5d FEMTO LASIK here and results are great I went from 30% vision before surgery to 100% in first 24hr of surgery. Also is worth noting that I am a foreigner and my ukrainian is very limited. So special thanks to the clinic for being very patient and accommodation with this. They even brought one of the english speaking receptionist into the operating room to translate and make sure I understood what was happening at each part of surgery. (A Special thanks to her!) All in all a great clinic and i would recommend them to anyone that was thinking about having laser correction. Thanks

The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. However the receptionists are very rude and miserable people. Edit: unfortunately I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending this clinic to anyone. Especially foreign volunteers. Before even arriving in country I was quoted a much lower price which increased when I arrived. I was also told I would receive a military discount which I didn’t. A lot of thanks for risking my life to protect your country…and the attitude I received from the receptionists was shameful. This clinic is not foreigner friendly and has deceitful practices. I will be warning every person I come across to not come here. Since the surgery I’ve had more than 5 volunteers ask if they should go here and I said NO WAY.

My entire experience was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. All of the steps to my exam were administered with great care thorough explanation. I would highly recommend utilizing their services if you have a concern with your vision or eye health. Thank you.

Most of them can speak English well first of all Facilities and examinations were also awesome I’ve been this ophthalmology last week and made a book. When I entered the entrance door, the reception was kind and explained me well. Also nurses and doctor who checked my eyes examinations were literally so cool, and tell me step by step what to do. Finally after all of the exams, I met Dr.Oksana, she diagnosed me well I truly recommend here for English speakers or even to native y’all

I came to the clinic on a recommendation — and I have never regretted it. I had my vision checked by optometrist Dmytro. I really liked the procedure itself: everything was detailed, calm, and professional. Dmytro is an attentive, pleasant-to-talk specialist who explains each stage and creates a sense of confidence and comfort. It was easy, without tension, with a full understanding of what was happening. The doctor also left a pleasant impression — the consultation was clear and professional. I am sincerely glad that I came to this clinic. As soon as I find a period when I can allocate a month for recovery, I will definitely come back here for laser vision correction.
