Fraudulent doctor. My mom got her 2nd eye surgery done here for $1,500. This amount is suppose to cover the whole surgery . Now the hospital where she got operated in is billing her. The office is giving my mom a run around for the past 2 months, Please goto another doctor save yourself the headace . Thank me later .

I visited for a checkup, and Dr. Tsai was very patient and gentle with me. Her examination was very thorough, and she was kind enough to answer all my questions. Then, I got my eye glasses fixed by Wendy after I bent them a little out of shape. She skillfully and patiently molded my bent-out-of-shape glasses back to its original form and even made sure they would fit my face without sliding down. I will definitely be returning!

I had two pairs of glasses that the coating fell off of and they repaired it free of charge. They are definitely more stern than other places but they stand behind their products. They craft them downstairs to the specification you want it.

I just had my appointment today at 5. They have a good selection of glasses, and the people who work there are very nice.

I’ve had two incidents with this place. 1. 2021 I tried to get my prescription information to buy a pair of glasses from online (I’ve been coming for years) and they told me to go in person. When I arrived they insisted that I had to bring my insurance card which they had not specified on call. This was an hour trip. Later when I called another employee gave it to me without a hassle. So I don’t understand the point of the entire experience? It’s my information, why make me beg for my information. It’s ridiculous. 2. 2022 They called my parents stating my glasses are ready. When I went in person to pick it up (I showed them the receipt) they stated that they were not ready. When my parents when in 5 minutes later, magically they had it! Overall, I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent. If you made an appointment expect to be serviced an hour later (I was late to another appointment due to their poor time management). Do yourself a favor and don’t go unless you want to deal with people who are mentally incapacitated. The lady who measures your prescription inside the room is kind and efficient though. It’s a pity. 太白痴了

Incredibly nice and incredibly efficient eyecare place. The doctor has a really courteous, nice bedside manner (especially for someone who has to get up close to your face), and the staff are very nice too. I also walked in wearing the same exact color as all of their uniforms, which I think made everyone laugh! I don’t ever leave reviews and can feel pretty shy around people, so you can trust me when I say that this is the best Eyecare experience I’ve had!

Dr Nancy Tsai exceeded my expectations of a great doctor. She is my family eye doctor. Recently, Dr Tsai took care of my mother’s vision issues. She was very accommodating and patient with my mom. She was so concerned about her that took time to call us after office hours. I am very thankful. Dr Tsai is the greatest !!! ~ Carlos
