Amazing experience! Otherworldly friendly staffs (shout out to Chen!). Super knowledgeable optometrist that listens to your concerns. Took care of my eye issue in no time!!! Short wait time and efficient service. The office is modern, clean and easy to the EYES. Definitely recommended.

Well organized office with wonderful people help me with eye issues. They are very patient and helpful and explain to me about the examination, etc. Should switch to this place from now on!

The office is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. I came here for annual eye check up. They have very updated exam equipments and the doctor is very professional. They have various selection on the frames as well. It’s a great experience.

I've been here twice a few years apart, once to get my nose pad replaced and once to get my glasses adjusted. Both times the service experience was fast, patient, and focused on my satisfaction. And I would have been happy to pay but they didn't charge either time. An excellent customer experience.

very friendly and clean! it was my first time coming here, and also my first time getting contacts. one of the receptionists taught me how to put them in and remove them, and she was very patient. the doctor is also very kind and respectful. i came here by recommendation and i definitely recommend everyone to come here!

im not even buy, i was checking the price and how long to make a new glass. And idk whos the name, but that man helps me a lot. Very good service

My appointment was at 4pm but they called to come early @ 2pm. I got there before 2, but ended up waiting 2.5 hours for the whole procedure. The waiting room was filled with frustrated patients all waiting. They really need to get this inefficiency straightened out. I have another appointment in three months and already so stressed out just thinking of going back. Update on 11/27/23 Came to another appointment which was at 3pm and have been waiting over 3 hours. (it's 6:06pm now) THIS IS ABSURD!!!! Don't over-book your patients if you can't handle them!

The staffs are well trained. You have to find your own parking space, good luck on that. You need to ready to wait for about an hour or two to be called your name from the basement lobby. They sanitize all the machines and staffs are not rude, some of them are friendly. I wish they can manage with the scheduling, so that there will be a reasonable waiting time. Doctors are kind and explain whatever you want to know.

It took 10 minutes for me to describe all the symptoms i had to deal with. Tried to elaborate with as many details as possible. However, it took 10 seconds for her to diagnose me with simple “eye dryness”. Got prescription for eye lubricants that anyone could get on walgreen’s aisle 4 shelf. Been using it for awhile, and my eyes are not getting any better. Plan to see another doctor next week. This place seems to care only about the quantity of patients, not the quality of treatment; trying to see as many patients as possible in a day. NOT plaaning to go back!

Block your day if you're visiting this office. Extremely long wait time but it's worth the wait. Dr Rabin runs all the necessary tests while being mindful of what insurance will cover. He also has excellent diagnostic skills. Throughout the years I've tried other ophthalmologists and kept returning to Dr Rabin to either "fix" or resolve an issue addressed by another doctor. Trust me, most likely you will not receive this level of testing, thoroughness and skill elsewhere. He's now retiring and a doctor that has been working with him for several years is taking over. I'm hoping that she will be able to carry Dr Rabin's unique skills onward, while improving the wait time and level of staff professionalism.
