DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. If I could give this place -5 I would, the waiting times are insane. They will have you wait 2-5 hours just for a quick visit and it has been going on for 3+ years. very inconsiderate of people’s time and they have a lot of elderly there; so unfair to them. They don’t follow actual appointment times just a sign in sheet so doesn’t matter when you get there. Super unprofessional.

The ABSOLUTE worst medical office you can ever visit. They made my 85 year old mother wait 5 hours every single time she visited. They should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Dr Min Zhang is amazing!!! If you're looking for an eye doctor that takes their time to explain things then she is the one for you. She really shows genuine care about your eye health. I came in for just a vision test and came out with some interesting knowledge. The staff is very friendly as well which is a huge plus. I love that the patient forms is fairly simple to fill out too. Very sweet and kind doctor! I went in for a complete eye exam at the end of the day and she immediately exuded an energy of familial care and was able to give me individual attention and thoroughly explain everything. My experience was good although I did have to sit and wait 30 minutes past my appointment and was the last patient.

Yesterday was my first visit to an optometrist ever and Dr. Zhang really impressed with her attentiveness and willingness to be helpful. She took her time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions. She seems to put her patient’s wellbeing above all- she told me that although she is in network for my insurance, supplemental benefits from my employer would cover for more out of pocket costs. I don’t believe other providers would bother as they are getting paid either way. Will definitely be returning.

I have been coming here for few years, Dr.Zhang and her staffs are friendly and helpful. Their equipments seem new and high tech. I like that I do not have to wait for a long time like the other ophthalmology offices. Dr.Zhang also listens to your concerns and tries to help and consults you. As a plus, they also have an optical store within the office. I recommend coming here.

Dr. Zhang is the best eye doctor in the flushing, I will recommend her to my friends. She really cares about patients’ vision. And very smart.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. I would give 10 stars if I could. I appreciated the Drs work there so much that after my 101 year old Great Grandma finished with her final cataract appointment, I took her to this establishment for reading glasses. The staff there supported my mom and helped her pick out a pair of reading glasses that fit her nicely. Additionally, while I had visited the doctor previously and got a subscription, and while I could have gotten my mom so…e off the shelf reading glasses, I took the opportunity to go back and decided to get a pair of progressive lenses and new frames. Absolutely wonderful. 10 stars. Brilliant. Wonderful (in the voice of Broken Matt Hardy).

Excellent service at this establishment. Same day appointment and I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The Dr. and his staff were exemplary. Very kind, knowledgeable and professional people.

In response to the owners response , this shows how much this store loves to shift blame ! This product was paid entirely by cash, no insurance was involved !! Not only did the mess up the frame color, they did a horrible job edging the lenses. The outer rim of the lenses is clearly apparent and I get dizzy after wear. Strongly do NOT recommend Johnny and the sales reps here. They sold frames for 20% more expensive than other optical stores. Unprofessional and inept.
